Took a bit of a gamble buying a bed, tv and mattress bundle online from a company I have not heard of, but, it all paid off! Delivered within a short space of time to the room I needed it in. Built it myself, and I am so pleased with it! Mattress is comfortable and I highly recommend the company!

Very good service from Chris and Stewart. The bed is a very good quality, and they delivered this very quickly(within a week)they assembled it too! We had to put the bed in a loft conversion with some tricky stairs that they needed to get the bed up! Everything was completed and safely, with nothing being too much effort. Their original driver had an accident but this did not stop them from delivering the product on time. Even any queries from start to finish was dealt with effortlessly. I highly recommend TV bedstore 😁

This company is outstanding. Communication was brilliant. Delivery was brilliant. No delays, unlike a lot of bigger companies. Had a phone call a few months later to see how I got on. Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't have it set up due to not being able to move in at that time. They said to let them know once I had moved in and had any problems with the bed.

I moved in yesterday and set my bed up. So, 7 months down the line. One of my cables was missing to connect the speakers and USB charging point (actually embeded into the bed), so I contacted them and had no problem in sending out the cables straight away. Mo hesitation. Amazing.

Do not hesitate to place an order with this company. The customer service is second to non. They helped with delivery times & queries, quickly and efficiently. There is a lot to be said about a company where you can call a number and get through to an actual person first time - and they were super friendly and helpful to boot!

We bought Monaco Bundle Deal, super king size and Oatmeal in colour - we opted for this over another known brand (Titan) as it was more reasonable in price and they assured me the quality was comparable. We even revived a 10% discount on the advertised price! As they also give a 2 year guarantee, I was more than happy to buy this one.

Fast forward and now that bed is up. Absolutely amazing quality, beautiful colour and so, so comfy. The sound quality is faultless and the technical element of the bed is easy to use. The USB points on each side are super handy for charging your phone. I was worried about the mattress as we have an Emma which was quite expensive, but the one supplied in the bundle is just as good if not more comfortable. The TV is great (a Samsung 4k). Really easy to set up. The bed is easy to build - the instructions are really clear. I honestly can’t fault the bundle at all. I really really appreciated the customer service especially. I feel like this element of a purchase is often lost these day, but TV beds stores really do seem to care about your experience after money has changed hands.

The Chris who handled our purchase was absolutely amazing. As were the rest of the team who we spoke to when we had a couple of queries. They even called a few days after delivery to check all was ok and reminded us to call if we encountered any issues. All in all can’t fault anything about the company.

We visited the store at 5 on a Thursday night and it looked closed. We called the number and Joanne answered. We explained we thought the store was open and traveled from Preston. She kindly opened up for us so we could have a look and helped us buy 2 amazing TV beds. TV Bedstore were great from start to finish. The staff have been very helpful and supportive throughout. We were unsure if we were able to get the large headboard into our loft so they even allowed us to try an empty box to be sure. The bed quality is exceptional. I also have a TV bed from bensons and the TV Bedstore bed is far better. They have literally thought of everything. They supply hdmi cables. Routes for cables to go neatly. Pockets to protect cables. The build was simple and instructions clear. Labels to identify where to put the ottoman brackets which always prove difficult without clear instructions. Delivery service was also onetime and as planned. Price was very reasonable for exceptional quality. Thanks TV Bed store we will be back for more in the future. Great service in every ways. Girls in the office were very helpful and patient with our uncertainty. Sales guys in the showroom were also very knowledgeable.

I found everything I was looking for at tv beds and the prices were fair and reasonable. The store was well-organized, and the staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Communication for delivery was great and delivery guys were also good. The bed itself is also good with 1 defect. In the footboard there are two plastic pieces pre-installed and screwed into the top piece which I assume is act as like shock absorbers for when the TV touches it as it comes up however, you can clearly feel the pointy part of the screws when it is closed which was a bit of shock when I leaned on it only to be stabbed by them. As this is a bed for my daughter I tried to losen the screwes enough so they can't be felt but ended up having to remove them as the plast buffers ended up being too loose by the time they were unscrewed enough to be considered safe. I am currently looking for smaller screwes which may work so I can put them back on. I have still given this 4 stars as everything else has been good.

I'll start off by saying I was very worried about placing my order with this company as I'd not heard of them before but I bit the bullet and did it anyway. I can only say great words regarding the service from start to finish. Placed my order and received email confirmation within seconds. Then got a delivery day confirmation. The day before my delivery was due I got a 3 hour time slot and on the day of delivery I received a phone call 30 minutes before and then a text saying 5 minutes away. Upon delivery the guys came in and checked for space to ensure my item could be put where I wanted it before getting anything from the van. The delivery guys even offered to remove their shoes upon entry to my home. All items checked by myself and delivery guys to ensure all items had arrived. Once gone I un-boxed each part of the bed and was stunned with the build quality of each section. Just over all amazing service. Without a second thought if and when I ever need another bed I will definitely be using these again. I would also highly recommend these to anyone after a great quality, great service, and amazing delivery times.

I ordered my bed a few years ago and it's lush and looks smart. The company was great. One of my remotes stopped working as the sprung came out and this company couldn't of been more helpful and sent me out the remote. Thank you tv bed store.

I decided about two months ago I wanted to treat myself to a TVbed, and spent two months shopping around! Finally I came TV Bedstore and I was so glad I did. I got the exact bed I wanted which was far to expensive on other sites. I got the bed bundle which if you priced anywhere else would have been a small fortune. I wondered if I’d get the same quality and service, they were both above exceptional. I dealt with such lovely people, they even arrange a gentleman to put the bed together, who was also great and very professional. I do not have one complaint, I absolutely love my new bed and just in time for those cold winter months. Thank you to all the staff at TV bedstore, you really are great.
