The ordering was ok but the delivery was longer than I expected. received today 31/3/25 ordered 19/3/25 (13days)

Update, This company and the owner Stuart are 100% fantastic and very professional, i ordered the remote, It arrived 4 days after postage, the post office delay not TV Bedstore fault but it was wrong one (my fault). Stuart has put me in touch with the company who will hopefully be able to surply me with the correct one. Fantastic service from TV BEDSTORE.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service.. We order the bed on 28th of December and it was delivered on the 31st of December.. And also had a bit of issue on the box tray, Stew was excellent in providing resolution for the issue. Happy with my purchase and cheaper compare to other company.

Wow. What a find. This company is amazing and great value for money. Stewart turned up bang on time and he and colleague had the bed installed in about an hour. And what a stunning ottoman king size tv bed it is. Beautifully made and looks amazing in our room.

So pleased I found and used this company. I placed my order for the Ardwick TV bed and two days later it arrived! The delivery was smooth and turned up when stated. The product was well packaged and of good quality. It took a while to build the bed as the instructions were not overly clear but it did go together nicely. The customer care follow up call was a nice touch a few days after delivery. Overall very pleased.

Nice quality product , quick friendly service, slight issue with remote which can occur however was resolved swiftly and satisfactorily, kept fully informed and supported. Would purchase from the supplier in future can’t fault the service has been great company to deal with.

After not receiving my remote control I got a great response from katy,chris about my issue and the replacement remote turned up two day later.

First class in all areas with keeping you informed of delivery and I asked for them to store my goods for a little bit longer as I was not ready to receive them would highly recommend them..
I have not built the bed together yet as I’m having it delivered to Spain 🇪🇸

Owner is a lovely bloke and super helpful, personally helped solve our rubbish audio skills haha.

Bed is beautiful, speakers sound great, love that the ottoman has a base board rather than slats.

Delivery was also fast and the delivery drivers were great, communicated very well and was polite.

Would absolutely recommend and purchase again 10/10
