Amazing service all round, from the moment of order was kept updated every step of the way untill delivery , the delivery guys were also very helpful and friendly , took me just short of 5 hours to build on my own but well worth it

The bed is amazing so far, I'm in NI and the the delivery was made within 3 days, the bed frame is quite thick and everything was grand, I even got a call after wards to make sure everything went smoothly so thank you 😊

This bed is the most comfortable one we have ever had. the mattress is cool and comforting (memory foam), comes vacuum packed and in 20 mins is ready to enjoy.
The frame is solid, the head, side and foot boards are firm and very comfortable. The TV mechanism is superb. We used a firestick so we have all all our favourites and Chris, who works there just made this so easy. The two delivery guys were excellent, making sure the packaging was 100% (which it was) and they were so kind helping get everything into the house. 100% for everything, price, delivery, product, customer service, just perfect. Got a great deal on an Ardwick Ottoman Superking TV bed. Very prompt delivery on a bank holiday and very kind service helping me get it up the stairs and set up ready for my install. Very high quality product and very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Great bed once assembled
After having to take a window out to get the bed in the required room and spend hours assembling the bed. I am really pleased with my bed.
Great looking, love the TV part and the headboard is really good looking as well.

My partner previously ordered a pillow which made it harder getting out of bed... So I obviously had to get one. Delivery through Dpd wasn't great but nothing to do with the quality of the product.

Great bed!
Really pleased with out TV Bed even thought it took over 6 hours to put together...
The instructions are not very clear but we got there in the end... also I am glad our bed packages actually was able to get up the stairs or else we'd of been screwed as the delivery men just dumped them with my husband and he had to get them up our stairs by himself...

Delivery was a faff, in terms of sorting a date and communication with myself and the company but got there in the end and the quality of the bed is really good so can’t complain too much.

Delivery arrived ,packaged really well .
Instructions easy to follow with all the screws/parts for each section labelled for easy build .
Even followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to see how everything went and to make sure we were happy with everything .
Excellent purchase made , would definitely recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again .
