we have had the bed about a month now, exceptional quality. the service provided by TV Bedstore Ltd was 1st class, beat competitors on value for money, delivery was organised with advance notice of delivery time which they kept to, even a member of staff phone a couple of days after receiving the deb to ask if i had managed to build it ok which i thought was going above what one would normally expect. Cant fault my experience buying from TV Bedstore. i would not hesitate to buy again from them

I purchased the Lyon bed from Tv bed store, through another online company. However it is the TV bed store that manufactures these high quality beds, they arranged delivery and supplied the bed. The bed is of high quality and looks great. My only regret is I should have gone direct to the tv bed store as the only company put a 50% mark up on the price. I would highly recommend going direct to TV bed store.

The Paris superking TV bed looks fantastic in the bedroom, a lovely blue velvet and it seems to be a very well built! The service has been great and the bed delivered 5 days after placing the order. The assembly took just over 4 hours for two people and the instructions were very clear. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

After considering several options for my new room, I settled on ordering from TVbedstore and I must say, while my order took a bit longer than I expected, the team dealt promptly with my concerns. Highly professional and experienced - worthy mentions include - Chris, Kate and Joanna. Assembling the bed was also super easy, did it all by myself and I'm an average DIY person. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Bought a king size TV bed a year ago. Great service, product and aftercare. Really informative through the sales process with no pressure. Quick delivery and installation. We had a very small issue with the remote (one button stopped working after a year), they replaced the remote straight away! Chris has been superb. Would highly recommend!

Decided to order from TV Bed Store based on the number of excellent reviews, unfortunately it seems we were one of the unlucky ones. Ordered a bed in Oct 2023, its now April 2024 and I've just requested a refund after being told our order would be another 4 weeks.

We were happy to wait initially as the colour we wanted was out of stock and was told it would be available in January. Fair enough, we chose to wait. Then there was a shipping container issue in the Suez Canal - no ones fault so we accepted the delay.

However after being told when the container was arriving, the communication then became really poor and I found myself constantly having to email and call for updates. Calls were not returned and emails were ignored on a couple of occassions. In the past month alone, I was told of 3 different dates that the shipment was arriving at their warehouse and that delivery would be made 'a few days later'. Called again today at midday and was made to wait until almost 5pm for my call to be returned to be told by the customer service assistant that the manager had said it will be another 4 weeks.

I apologised for voicing my complaint to the lady on the phone as it really should have been the manager/owner telling me this and apologising for the delay. Whenever I did manage to speak to someone throughout all of this, they were always very friendly, but its been frustrating to say the least and I still have no bed after what would have potentially been 7 months if I waited the extra 4 weeks.

*UPDATE*
TV Bedstore did call after I had my refund to personally explain what had happened and to apologise for the lack of communication. They also offered support in finding an alternative bed, however we had chosen a specific bed based on its dimensions and features. Last week I decided to take a chance and have a look online again and the bed we had originally ordered was back in stock so after verifying this via email we ordered once again and had delivery within a week. Communication this time round was spot on, I had emails, texts and phone calls and most importantly- I got the bed! So I have increased my review to 4 stars as a result of my second experience with this company.

Excellent service, called desperatly in need due to my son's bed breaking, they sorted a new bed with a professional delivery within a couple of days.
The TV bed is excellent, very happy, so easy to assemble with the instructions and help on the phone if required. 10/10, the quality for the cost is superb.

Bought the Valencia TV bed package, great deal in the sale, Chris was a great help over the phone, the bed arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Bed looked better than in the pics really impressed, 2nd purchase from here and would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner was looking for a decent priced tv bed we could view and order at a store. Tv bed store really made the searching experience so easy to find exactly what we wanted. We went to visit on a Saturday afternoon and met Chris who works there. What a lovely guy with a great sense of humour as well as great peoples skills and very knowledge about all the beds in store. Chris helped us find the deal we was looking for and was very patient with us. Any issues we had with deliveries or bed building were all resolved with importance and resolved almost immediately. The team are really helpful and we would definitely recommend.

Such a great company smashed it out of the park with their services for providing such a great quality tv bed for such a great price. Chris helped us so much with choosing and helping us get the correct bed for us, absolutely over the moon with this company would 100% recommend, such good value for money!

Omg what a fantastic amazing company, I made my order and there was a light issue with it (not there fault) they called me up to sort it out and it was delt with extremely professionally and fast the delivery was smooth and professional the delivery guys checked there shoes before entering the house and delivered to the room of my choice and I even got a phone call from the company less then 48 hours after delivery to check that everything was OK. From order to delivery was less rhan 4 days. This company is fantastic from sales to delivery to aftercare, if I could give them a 100 star rating I would and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed. I am one very happy customer

Everything went so smoothly, from the on line chat, to the visit to the showroom, delivery guys took all parts up into the bedroom, again a massive help.
Had one problem with a part, they delivered a new part the next day, on line chat helped me set up my sound, took me step by step

Was in the market for a TV bed and visited TV bed store, I am glad we did they had loads set up to try and Mark was full of knowledge and very willing to help. Myself and my wife put it together which took us 3-4hrs but it was not complicated and just took our time, you do need a good amount of building space, also Mark was at the end of the phone when we just wanted a bit of conformation. If you are in the market for a TV bed these are of a high quality and much cheaper than the normal large chain names we all tend to visit. Overall we would highly recommend this company.

Excellent price for a really good quality TV Bed, best i could find online or in any store.

Delivery was fast and exactly as described, and communication was brilliant when i asked to change the colour of the Bed ordered. Cannot fault this company and i would highly recommend.
