Had the boiler stripped, fixed and serviced. Changed whatever it needed changing and making sure everything is working fine. He advised me about the gas fire was not safe, so he isolated it. Overall it's been a good service. Thank you and will definitely be recommending them.👍👍👍

We shopped around a bit, looking for consistently good reviews and with TwinSun we were not disappointed. We had a slightly unusual request: remove an ancient boiler and retire a whole central heating system. That included bricking up the old vent, draining the system, disconnecting etc.

First off, communication with Jill was fantastic. The team were even able to accommodate our schedule. Barry arrived promptly, followed by Reece. The work was done efficiently, to a high standard, and honestly we couldn't be happier. It's been one of those jobs which gets put off because you know it's not going to be easy but TwinSun really did make it easy, affordable, and on a timescale which worked for us.

We will always be keen to recommend TwinSun to others and will go to them in future with any of our related needs.

messaged before arrival with eta, answered all my questions (of which there were many),took photographs of parts stripped down and cleaned. To me , that shows the service was a good one and the boiler had not just been checked (like a safety check) . Well done TwinSun, I will surely be using you again.

Recently got a Tado smart thermostat to replace my old Nest one (no longer supported by Google). Was able to set the heating side up myself as was like for like but needed help connecting the water. Twinsun came out and sorted it for me even though they are based a fair distance away.
Great communication, great follow-up and great support from start to finish.

They arrived on time also contacted me to say they where 20 mins away so was kept informed.
The installer was very professional and would not leave until it was linked into my phone which was a problem due to my internet connection
