I had a great experience with Twinsun Heating company 12 days ago following total breakdown of the central heating failure. The company arranged to send an engineer who was quite prompt to find out fault and expertly mend the boiler. He seemed quite experienced young polite gentleman.He suggested to send an estimate of hive component which was sent by email to me by the the TwinSun heating company on the following day. I was delighted to see the company efficiency & care for the customer

I am pleased to see the engineer at my premises in time. He examined the inside & outside the house including the pipes to determine frozen. Then came to boiler and performed series of tests and restored the central heating.He checked the thermostat & hive components& opined that the booster is not communicating with the app.which needs changing and said to send a quote to me. I find him hardworking,polite promptly find fault of the boiler and sorted out. I am very satisfied with the job and hence k awarded 5*****

I needed an urgent boiler repair following a fan failure on the coldest day of the year. I was swiftly contacted by Charlie after messaging the company and a visit was arranged for the same day. The repair was carried out by Andrew the following day. Very happy with the service provided and especially with the contact I had with the company, everyone was understanding and professional. Would definitely consider for future repairs!

Came out same day, sorted my leak out, I was coming out of hospital and needed my bungalow warm, brilliant, thankyou.

Excellent service. Joined recently on premium plan. Boiler serviced and required items replacing but Boiler still usable. Came the next day to complete the job. Reece the Engineer really good at what he does. Very impressed with Twinsun Heating. Highly recommend!

Gas Safety checks carried out on Gas Combi Boiler, Gas Oven Hob and Gas Fire. Annual Service undertaken on Gas Combi Boiler and pressure checks made of Central Heating radiators. Advice given on use of Gas Fire and for ventilation to be improved by Service. A further quote will follow for flushing one or more radiators to cure a blockage. All work by the Engineer carried out effectively and professionally and to a very good standard. We would recommend this company to other potential customers..

Excellent service again. Reece completed my annual boiler service quickly without any mess. Have now taken up an annual service plan with Twin Sun as they are great to deal with.

Easy company to deal with. Appointment sorted quickly and kept informed of date/time of visit. Seemed to do a very thorough job and left the place clean and tidy. Paperwork came via email straight away. Very happy to answer my queries about the system.

Reece who visited us was so helpful, completed a very tidy service and also gave some great advice on our guarantee with Worcester. Charlie called us the next day to follow up on the advice too and made sure we were doing the right thing, top lads and top service.

I had booked a service but then an issue cropped up. Reece identified issue and then came back a few days later to fix. Was quick and efficient and kept me informed. Didn’t leave a mess either.

Price was reasonable. As I’ve sold my house they didn’t push a service plan on me which was refreshing.
