I would never recommend this so called "company" who wants a call out charge just to look at the problem and charge vulnerable customers £100.00 plus vat just to look at the problem.... AVOID this con man and look around for genuine tradesmen who don't charge £100 just to look at the problem..... your company in Winstanley by the way is a complete and utter disgrace and are taking vulnerable people for granted for charging £100.00 plus vat to even look at the problem.. you said you had a engineer in the area???? So I could get an expess call out??? Doh you live 2 miles down the road so your a complete rip off. By all means prove me wrong. I have the messages you sent. Shame on your company.

I really don't think there is enough I could say about how good Twinsun is as a company. From my initial contact with them asking if they could help fix my boiler to the work carried out and the conversations in between, every aspect has been first class. Charlie in admin has always replied to me quickly and with all the answers I needed and Andy has always been punctual knowledgeable and quick at his work. It has been the perfect service for me and they are most definitely a credit to themselves. absolutely can not recommend them enough and I will be happy to suggest them to anyone else who needs help the way I did. Far better than just a 5-star service.

Andy came and explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong. Very helpful and ordered the part to replace the broken one and fixed in within two days. So friendly and definitely recommend.

Super professional modern service from TwinSun

Got call today to advise available this afternoon to look at my issue. Was here for approx an hr. Couldn’t fix the issue as its a united utilities problem but they were extremely helpful and provided great advice. Offered to write a report if it helped. Was very thorough in their investigation work. Will def recommend and use again. Can’t speak highly enough of the service.

Andy was prompt, friendly and polite and had been booked for a boiler service. He quickly spotted a gas leak to the boiler and replaced an olive and reseated pipe to solve it at no extra cost.
Boiler had never really had a proper service so it required some time and tinkering and Andy explained everything he was doing, including top tips along the way. He finished by bleeding the radiators and the whole house is now toasty! He'll be getting all my gas work in future, thank you😄

Extremely pleased with Andy's work. We contacted him on a Sunday evening and got a rapid response, and he was with us on the Monday. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. His communication, quality of work and professionalism were all excellent, and I'll certainly be using TwinSun as my go to boiler service/repair company for future.

We had low boiler pressure and was having to top it up twice a day for a week or so. Fearing the worst that we’d have to start buying parts in order to resolve the problem - Andrew came out, identified and sorted the problem in no time. Very honest and reliable - would definitely recommend and use again.
