Tom was very quick at fixing our heating. We messaged at 7:30am and he’d fixed the problem by 8:20am. He even asked if we wanted him to put the stuff back into the cupboard that we’d gotten out so he could reach the valves. Great service!!

Tom has been so helpful and kept his promise this morning in his busy schedule, he came over to do work at my flat job done ✅ and I’m one of the happy customer😊.

TW plumbing and heating, they were fantastic lads , very helpful with advice and turned up when they said they would. Helped me source my Radiators and pick them up which was very helpful. Great job many thanks to them and will definitely use the. Again

Had Tom to fit my boiler a simple enough job one out one in same size make etc ! Took them all day !! They managed to damage the wood panelling under the boiler by allowing water to run on to it ! The condensate pipe was not sealed properly to the waste so they had to come back and sort that ! Tom fitted a shower and in doing so broke it and damaged the ceiling then basically wanted nothing else to do with it, luckily for me the manufacturers stepped up an replaced it ! At the time of fitting the boiler i asked him about fitting some new radiators he talked a lot and did nothing ! He also said he would service the boiler for me to make sure the warranty stayed valid ! I did not use the boiler very often but when i did it developed a fault very quickly i rang him and he answered i told him about the fault he said he would be with me that day but sent someone else instead at 7pm who bodged the job i also asked him about servicing that got ignored i asked him about radiators he said he would think about it ????? Been thinking about it for year !!!! Total bodger would not pay him in washers !! Never again ! He is a fit and forget tradesman he will fit things for you often badly take no responsibility for poor work then totally forget you when he has been paid !! A big talker but fails to deliver ! Have contacted Worcester about his poor standard of work am awaiting a reply !

Brilliant service. I live in rural Aberdeenshire and phoned in the morning with a boiler problem and they arrived and fixed it the same day despite being very busy in the depths of winter. Recommend this company.

Tom was fantastic, really helpful and professional. He managed to fit us in with very short notice and get us heating and hot water just as the weather was turning and our new born was due. Tom was great in ensuring we didn’t do any unnecessary works that we would have wasted money on. Getting the job done quickly and cost effectively was priority over a larger job for him, which is rare these days. Highly recommend TW!

Tom and his team completely revamped my very tired old bathroom and with afew hidden challenges along the way nothing was a problem to sort. Tom advised the best design to get the most out of a small bathroom and it looks amazing. Very clean and tidy as they work. The team are wonderful James and Pete were brilliant. Great service all round. Thankyou.

From first contact and through the whole process of a total refurbishment of our bathroom we have received excellent service. Tom offered very helpful advice prior to our decision to go ahead which helped us get a clear view of what we wanted. On the first day of work Matt arrived promptly and set to work. As we are in an apartment there was a lot of fetching and carrying to and from the vans. They had put down protective covers on the communal stairs and halls which impressed the neighbours. Throughout the work Tom remained in contact but Matt who completed the majority of the fit was fantastic he kept us informed of all developments and advised us of the best way forward. We are over the moon with the end result everyone we met from TW plumbing and heating and the contractors Fish (tiler) and Milky (electrician) (you know who you are we don’t) were friendly and professional throughout it really was like having friends round. I would very highly recommend TW plumbing and heating to anyone thinking of having work done.

Tom and his team managed to squeeze us in at short notice to replace our bathroom sink taps and shower. They did a great job and I will be recommending their services to family and friends.

I was complete without heating when the temperatures were close to zero. Rang numerous plumbers who all had long lead times, Tom thankfully squeezed us in the very next day and got my heating working straight away! Then furthermore with permanent replacement parts. So grateful, he was also both professional and competitively priced.

Tom provided an excellent service; we had used his services before on a house extension for two new radiators. Together with James he installed a new Worcester boiler for us at a very competitive price, punctual, professional and kept us informed at all times. Highly recommended.

To the person who was driving lp12 twp you should have your licence revoked after this morning driving habits.
The office did not awnser the phone.
They refused to supply the vedio evidence of there own driver commenting a dangerous driving to the police.
If your reading this you should be charged for helping people avoid there own stupidly.
Don't use this place because there driver will kill someone amd the less he is on the road the less chance of him killing someone

Tom did everything he said he would with ease and efficiency. He advised on important requirements and looked out for my interests - not just his own. Although that sounds obvious it is a rare trait with many of todays trades professionals.

All work left tidy, completely finished and working correctly.

I will be using him for all my plumbing and heating work from now on.

I have used TW plumbing and heating for 2.5 years, new boiler, bathroom, pipes to connect dishwasher and small maintenance jobs. Always reliable, excellent service, good advice and reasonable costs. I would use again ( and have done).

I’ve used TW Plumbing and Heating on two separate occasions now and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future work. I was worried about the work being costly after being stung by another company but Tom gave us a price that was more than fair, was punctual every day he came, sheeted all our house up to keep it clean and even went around with the hoover after a long days work to make sure the place was how he found it. We had a full unvented heating system fitted which was a big job and also a very awkward tap changed which this time Matt completed with no fuss for a very fair price. 5 stars from the Turners.
