Resposta da TXT LTD
Hello! I am so sorry your email was left unanswered for so long. This was due to our warehouse being closed for the summer break. I trust that the issue has now been addressed. Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to remedy this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience. Leonardo Roth, Director @ TXT LTD

Very easy to order
Very easy to order. Quick delivery. Only concern is the pencils were not padded in the box so they rattled a little. Just hope the leads are not broken. I’m sure TXT LTD can remedy this though with a little paper in future.

Resposta da TXT LTD
Hello! I am so sorry to hear of the issues with the order. We have not received any contact from you, but we are more than happy to remedy the issue if you use the 'contact us' link on our webshop (find it in the footer of any page on the website.) We always fix any issue we have caused for our customers! I hope we have the chance to fix yours. I would fix it without needing you to contact us, but I am not sure of the specifics (for example, the order contained 2 different sizes of pens, but you say you ordered pens all of the same size) so we need clarification. Contact us!
Great selection of open stock art pencils
Had the pencils that I needed as available open stock which was brilliant. There was a mix up with a some of the pencils despatched but these things happen and it was rectified promptly at no cost to me. Will definitely use TXT again. Thank you
