Fraudulent company. Avoid. Promised a refund and they never have never honoured it. Have tried since November 2022 to sort out the matter. They ignore emails.

Ordered very early in December for a Christmas present. The order was despatched within a day. Due to the various strikes and delays by courier companies it took much longer to arrive. Message was responded to quickly to apologise. The parcel did arrive on Christmas Eve and very happy with it. I am more than happy with the service provided by Cotton on and will use again . Some if the reviews I feel are unfair as the courier strikes have caused the delays not the company

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered items with express delivery by DPD. Now two weeks late and contacted their chat support. Support what support!! Generic rubbish every time I contact them. Luckily I didn’t order anything too expensive but just disgusted. Take your money quickly but not quick enough with delivery or resolving issues. AVOID

Placed order on 9th December. Received email with tracking number, which dosent actually work for DPD !
We are now 6 days before Christmas and I am currently £50 down ! With no order

Used previously with no problems, what's happened this year guys? Ordered four items 9 December, never came, chased several times, told on 17th they were out of stock so not sent- why did you allow me to order it and pay for it then? No refund as yet on the 19th- guess will have to chase several times again, and there's no phone number you can contact them on. Received one item out of four ordered, a personalised item and they spelled the name wrong. My daughter Blake will henceforth be known as Blanke- not impressed.
EDIT- New bag promised as a rplacement came via express delivery- with no name at all! I just give up....

If I could give negative stars I would!! I have been waiting for TWO online order for over a month now, several emails and webchats to them and you get the same generic answer each time. They just take your money and then ignore you! SHAMBLES to say the least! NEVER AGAIN!

Order took a month to arrive, due to the fact they use evri. Finally received my parcel to find half of it was missing. Currently waiting on a refund i’d avoid this company!

Shocking service. Ordered 11 days ago, no dispatch email, dpd tracking showed tehy didn't have my package yet. Emails sent chasing my order. Did live chat told my order was delivered today (this was at 9am and I hadn't left the house) told them my ring doorbell camera hadn't picked anyone up and dpd website says they funny have it. Was then told dpd had lost the parcel but typo couldnt give me the tracking number they were using to see this apparant delivery by dpd. Have reordered as Xmas gifts but obviously half the items are now out of stock. Not even a genuine acknowledgement of their poor service

Avoid goods never received. Customer service non existent….ended up having to dispute the transaction…buy elsewhere if you can. If they were only as quick at sorting out my order as they are deleting reviews!

I was dubious to order as have seen some very negative reviews, but my order came on time, I am happy with the products as seem to be good value. I would recommend!

One of the worst service ever from Typo and courier DPD laser.

The delivery was delayed, no communication at all, typo is just as bad !! The products were not even packed properly, the box was damaged

I ordered some goods and the order was marked as delivered but never arrived.

I had to re order the order which has now been stuck with evri for a week.

Customer service doesn’t want to do anything about it. Horrible service.

They use Evri for delivery. My order was stuck in an “out for delivery” abyss (still waiting.) when I contacted Cotton on customer service (because Evri will only deal with the original retailer) I got a generic “please check the courier tracking, it’s out for delivery”
So, here I am, no delivery, out of pocket and 2 useless companies that can’t be bothered to help.

Very poorly packaged items, were broken on arrival. Contacted them multiple ways with no response. Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Abysmal. Placed order, waited a week, no updates. Used webchat, after a significant wait was told the item was out of stock. No communication - if I hadn’t chased, no idea if or when they’d have notified me. Asked to cancel the order - was told I’d get a refund confirmation and a gift voucher straight away. Nothing. Do not shop with these people.

Was quite dubious because of other reviews but all my items arrived within a few days and all in one piece (I had ordered a load of glassware and ceramic pieces and all were wrapped nicely and securely)

I will never use this company again. Never in my life have I had to deal with so many issues trying to get 4 items delivered as a gift. They are a waste of time, so think twice before you order from them.
I ordered my items standered delivery,then when the items got to my daughter the whole order was another persons order inside the parcel. In the first instance I got a reply quite quickly, the customer service person acknowledged appologised and was offered to resend the items. Then when the second delivery came, only 1 of the 4 items came in the second delivery. It then took this company 4 days to respond before someone came back onto me. No apologies or explanation as to what went on, or even an offer of a refund, because at this point I'd completely lost patience. I felt the second person that delt with me could not given a dam about the fact I'd been trying for days to get a response to sort my issues out. My daughter it still waiting for the parcel to come of the remaining items, or will she get someone else's items again?will it even come?who knows. I'm at the end of my tether, so please think twice before using this rediculous company.
I can see why a company like Amazon make so much money now, because at least they can actually deliver items and fulfil orders that you've actually ordered.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a notebook and pens, nothing too fancy, paid for the quick delivery and got an an email saying it’ll be delivered on the 23rd. I went to the customer service chat 3 times because it wasn’t here. First time i was giving a tracking number (the tracking never worked), second time i got told it’ll be delivered on monday (this was said yesterday) and today i’m only finding out it’s lost in transit. Can’t understand how it just get lost within a day. Told them to resend so god knows when it’ll actually come.

My experience was horrible, the workers were following and kept on checking in my daughters bag. She felt very uncomfortable and her privacy was abolished. When we confronted the worker she said she did it to everyone on busy days but it wasn’t that busy and she didn’t do it to anyone but us. We didn’t do anything wrong but we felt like we were being accused of something. Overall and horrible experience.

Was served by a lovely lady at the merry Hill store yesterday. Had a few things in common on previous working history.
My colleagues like the pen I brought.
