I had a pre-screen job interview with Tyron Ash, which they responded to quite quickly; everything seemed normal at first. The interview questions were straightforward, with only one pressing question: "Why do you want to work here?"

However, the Senior Recruiter came across as somewhat sociopathic. Yet, ever the professional, I continued with the interview. What alarmed me was that the Real Estate position at Tyron Ash is commission-only, with no base salary and no benefits.

Additionally, Tyron Ash requires candidates to pay a £300 joining fee, and after two months, a monthly fee kicks in—presumably a brokerage fee.

They also expect you to create video presentations for their Instagram marketing, as well as to cold call and go door-to-door with leads acquired from Zoopla and Rightmove.

At the end of the interview, the Senior Recruiter—by title only—said to expect a call from a Senior Partner for the next stage of the process. Like many sociopaths, she delivered this lie with such ease that I believed it, even if only for a few minutes.

I never expected to receive a follow-up call or email, as the Senior Recruiter's body language and stern, nonchalant demeanour revealed too many red flags.

Another red flag is the Tyron Ash website. Some of the property listings feature low-resolution images, and the images are not aligned properly. For a company that describes itself as "the future of real estate," it feels more like the Wizard of Oz—pull back the curtain, and you might find someone injecting themselves with steroids, applying fake eyelashes or self administering lip fillers.

The biggest red flag is the boast on the website; I believe they have 150 to 200 co-workers. That doesn’t sound like a boast, does it? Indeed it sounds very impressive. However, Tyron Ash claims on his own Instagram feed that the company sells 24 properties a month.

This is simple mathematics: the calculations suggest that only a few agents will earn the big commissions.

If you're desperate to get into real estate, I suggest watching the classic 1940s film The Wizard of Oz. Enduring the rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," as painful as it may be, is far more bearable than going through the onboarding process with Tyron Ash.

I was unavailable on the open day to see a property I liked because of work, asked Tyron Ash to give me another viewing, they made excuses, I made several calls to them, each time, it took days for them to get back to me. On my final call they said they had called me about a viewing they had given to another potential buyer the day before but I had been available, I informed him I never received any phone call, he said he would try to make arrangements for me that evening, I never heard back. On most calls I had with them they were pushing me to sell my existing property with them, I kept telling them I can't sell until I see the property I liked and get a chance to put an offer in. I found Tyler Ash to be completely unreliable, disorganised, and the way they managed their business seemed suspect. Especially when they asked my wife to put in an offer, even though I had not seen the property. Buying property is a huge investment, so, what a cheek. I see now, from reading other reviews that this seems to be some kind of scam to keep a buyer's fee.

ABSOLUTE COWBOYS DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS THEY KEPT THE RESERVATION FEE FROM BUYER WHO MESSED US AROUND! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE FAKESTERS WANABEE REAL ESTATE! THEY SHOULD BE BANNED DOING ANY BUSINESS!!!

One of there agents called at my house and left his calling card( David King)and asked if I wanted to sell give them a call,I checked them out on line and was amazed at how sleazy and disgusting they are,there web site looks like a porn site,why anybody would get involved with this bunch I don’t know,you would have to be desperate

Tyron Ashraf is a convicted felon and a drug leader. I would never let this man near any property I own. He is a convicted drug dealer and a consistent liar. On his social media he claims to have sold more than £1billion worth of property. His ltd company accounts show he hasnt made much of a profit so how can he claim to live a lavish lifestyle. He is involved in money laundering and there is a reason why his ltd company is in his mother's and brother's name. Think about it !!!!

Tyron Ash are a bunch of crooks. Unethical, liars and extremely pushy. Just sold my house with them and they bombarded me with calls and messages on the day of completion and the day after pestering me to pay their fee - even before I had the sale proceeds in from my solicitors! Explained this to them and they sent me a very long, threatening email saying they would instruct solicitors to sue me unless they had payment by 12pm that day - the day after completion! They then agreed to extend the deadline to 5pm the same day. Thankfully I am a retired litigation solicitor so knew how to respond to give them food for thought! Others could however feel very threatened by their unscrupulous behaviour. If I could have given them a minus star I would have. Use them at your peril! Bunch of cowboys who overpromise and under-deliver.

Brett Graham - received a phone call to ask how I felt about a recent viewing, I explained I didn't feel comfortable with where the property was situated but everything was great otherwise. I got told unless I had a £10,000,000 budget I would have to compromise on something. I explained that my comfort and safety wasn't up for compromise and walking down a construction alley wasn't something I felt comfortable with. I was then told the property is on a private road so unless someone lives or works down that road, they cant be there. Sadly unless gated, that doesn't stop people. Emails prior to the viewing were pushy, luckily I went to the viewing with my husband (treated very differently) and since, on the phone, extremely pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend women deal with this company.

Avoid!!

We purchased a house through them and paid the fully refundable holding deposit of £1000 to take it off the market. If there were issues with the property we were promised a full refund.
There were issues with the property, so no bank would offer a mortgage on it.
They have since blocked our numbers, ignored all our emails and we haven't seen a penny.

Don't trust these scammers!

I’m buying a house with another agent that Tyron ash also have on their books. Our offer was agreed 5 weeks ago and it’s sold subject to contract. All our valuations have been agreed. Tyron Ash continue to market the property and have not told anyone that it’s sold subject to contract. Their video tour and property details are full of lies. My wife even spoke to Tristan at Tyron Ash posing as a potential purchaser about the property and he lied through his teeth. They are a desperate disgusting company with no morals whatsoever.

Appalling estate agent. The only way I could get a response from them was to leave a bad review on Google. As a buyer, if you are selling your house, hire someone competent to sell it (anyone but these guys)

I have just sold a high end property that I am still in the process of refurbishing and not even finished through Tyron Ash. I dealt with Zoe and Quas and have to say that the whole process start to finish has been very well dealt with and extremely professional. I have found them to be very courteous to deal with and they worked with me to push the sale through. I achieved full asking price and now have a sale agreed and exchange completed 2 months before the property is ready for sale. Extremely impressed and would not hesitate to recommend their services. A special mention goes out to Zoe who has been amazing in going the extra mile. Thanks guys.
