Great system
Great system, easy to use and customer service have always been on hand and very helpful with every query.
We do encounter some difficulties with connectivity to the app/clocking machine on a semi-regular basis so that does require some additional manual administration hours to correct, but would certainly recommend uAttend to other businesses.

Good clocking on & off system, easily to use
We have been using uAttend for nearly 2 years now. It has been fantastic during the furlough periods, allowing me to monitor staff hours worked easily, especially when they have been Working From Home, as they can log on remotely via their mobile phones. I do find the holiday system a little cumbersome so at the moment, we just use the system for clocking on & off & use a more user friendly system for staff holiday.

We have been using this system for a number of years and found the support to be great when needed. The system is easy to use and gives us all of the information that we need.

Not the best but support is good
The telephone support is good and not hard to get to speak to someone which is a bonus. I don't think the actual platform is as simple as others to use and it does lack a key feature to tell you if someone has NOT clocked in so you can then so something about it.

Very good product
We are very happy using UAttend clock in systems. The staff is courteous and very prompt in their response to us. We have been using their system for a few years now and had no problems so far.

Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin, excellent for manager login and processing of hours, the app works well especially through covid.
and thankfully don't need to add cards or time sheets
huge time saver.
