aspects of this service are impeccable however,
aspects of this service are impeccable! however I can only really highlight the issues we have as a team.
the Time off requests section would be great if there was a better for you to see anyone whose off and anyone who has requested. (in Calendar form or a clearer layout)
Also on our app when we have department transfer turned on, our staff can can then see ALL the departments rather than the ones allocated to their account, this can cause a lot of confusion.

I like the mobile app which we will be using moving forward especially with Covid in mind.
Lets see how this goes.
The uAttend system is good but it does depend heavily on a good internet connection which with us has been a problem with sites located in basements.
Could do with a Cache facility that logs times then periodically send s them off.

If you're looking for offline clocking, our newer terminals all have an automatic backup feature for when the internet is down, meaning all clocking data will be synced when the connection resumes.
Our JR2000, DR 2000 or DR2500 terminals all have this feature. If you'd like further info, give us a call on 01761 410015.
