Wave didn't stay
I ordered weft wavy extensions and after one wash the wave was gone. The company did very little to compensate for defective product.

These are amazing hair extensions. The hair is thick and excellent quality. The hair lasts for months my hairdresser that puts in my hair stated it is some of the best hair she has ever seen. The prices is excellent as well. I will always be using Ugeat Human Hair Extensions. You must try it if you have never used them.

Great hair quality super soft
The quality of hair and easy to install the butterfly weft was amazing. The hair stayed soft after multiple washes and probably 8months of wear. Super high quality!

I sent Cherry photos of 3 of tape extensions that had edges cut and tangled in tape .. the extentions were inside pink bag instead of ugeat green box because the box was completely flat and damaged during delivery. If anyone wants more details please email me or message me i will be happy to send photos of the 3 pcs of extentions and box damge condition when recieved and I asked for refund before the gold thread and she still refused to cover shipping cost. I had to email her multiple times to get a response . I have never come across a company who argues with customers. They have horrible customer service and they do not care about how you feel as a new customer when it comes to return policy. They will do everything possible to make excuses to keep a partial of ur money. Plus they will make u pay for return label and on top of that wont believe u if u received a damaged order. Please do ur research and dont order from them go somewhere your respected as customer and not them only wanting to keep ur money.
Of course she will respond here and try to defend but will never order from you and just wanted to make this review to make it clear for anyone who is thinking anout ordering. Please remember if ur order is damaged or lost they dont care and a “ tiny” gold thread if removed then no refund. They do NOT tell you these things before ordering and they will only tell u if you ask for refund. Please remember to do ur research and customer service before anything. Dont get fooled by 100 days. They will find a way to keep part of ur refund. I live in canada and to ship it back to usa is expensive (aprox $30) and plus “tiny” gold thread is removed off of 1 so there goes another $50 USD for 5 pcs and thats basically $100 cad so I have decided to keep the extensions even though they are damaged and not good . So please save your money and order inside canada and find a please that will treat you good as a customer instead of only caring about your money. This is honest review from customer who lost over $200 and stuck with product that is not good

To clarify our policies: our return guidelines (posted clearly on our website and shared with you via email) state that hair products are classified as personal hygiene items, so those with removed gold threads are NOT eligible for return or exchange. We’re still happy to help with returns for any unaltered items that still have their gold threads, per our policy.
Also, it’s explicitly noted in our return policy that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for personal reason returns.
On product condition: all our hair products go through strict multi-step quality checks before shipping to make sure they’re perfect. We reviewed the photos you sent and didn’t see any signs of damage—but if you have additional evidence showing the item was damaged on arrival, we’d be happy to arrange a replacement or other compensation right away.
We value every customer and aim to keep our policies fair and transparent for everyone. If you’d like to move forward with returning unaltered items, feel free to reach out to our support team directly.

Finally a place I can purchase…
Finally a place I can purchase extensions knowing it’s good quality ! I have very thin/fine hair which makes it hard to find extensions. Especially ones that stay straight and silky smooth after washing . But not anymore ! I am so happy I found Ugeat . You will not be disappointed ! I have them in now and they feel as soft as the day I put them in 2 weeks ago :
