Customer service with this company was great! My package was lost by USPS and after fails attempts at locating it Moresoo hair resent my shipment & even upgraded since my original order was not in stock to hour a 1st time customer. I will be ordering more when needed. The hair was installed today & it’s by far my favorite extension yet. This is great hair quality!

I have bought them twice now and had the fitted and I just love them so much, I’ve washed, styled and used products in the hair and I’m telling you my honest opinion they have NOT damaged or ruined the quality of the hair.
I have now purchased my sew in extensions and also waiting for a colour match which the company itself is so helpful and really looks after their customers.
I will 1000% recommend this brand and company i will be repurchasing again and again. So don’t walk run to get these hair extension in different varieties and colours.❤️❤️❤️❤️👌👌💯💯💯

I got these on clearance for $20 and…
I got these on clearance for $20 and omg these are 'the ones'.! They are comparable in quality to Aqua Professional Hair Extensions and much better than Babe Extensions. I actually prefer these more than Aqua because the cuticle is smoother. As for both, the cuticles are in tact and going in the same direction too. This makes them very durable, and will last for many months. Thankful I found these..they will be the only ones I order from now on.

Absolute long lasting quality
I recently tried my first move up on the Butterfly wefts, and I can’t express my gratitude enough for the exceptional quality of this hair. It has held together flawlessly, without shedding or losing its shine. I’m truly impressed and thankful for this purchase.
My hair used to be long and naturally beautiful, but over the years, I’ve had concerns about my thyroid, which has caused significant thinning. This has taken a toll on my confidence, as my hair has always been my biggest stand-out feature.
When I first tried extensions, they were tape-ins, but they looked fake and awful. Even worse, when I took them out, they pulled my already thin hair out with them. So, I decided to splurge on expensive salon-installed wefts that were beautiful but difficult to manage and expensive to maintain. I couldn’t keep going back and emptying my pockets.
Then, I found Moresoo, and it was love at first sight! I started with the microlinks, and that hair was fantastic. I loved the feel and how easy they were to put in all by myself, saving me a lot of money.
When I discovered the Butterfly wefts, I couldn’t wait to try them. I knew they would be even easier on my hair and less stressful and pulling.
One thing I will say is that I’m not sure who I was chatting with on your site before I purchased, but that person was incredibly patient and kind with me. I’m so thankful because buying this hair for me was a bigger deal than you may realize. It’s been more of an emotional journey.
I just wanted to share this experience with you and express my gratitude for making this hair and making it affordable.

Advertising is misleading the hair is very thin my stylist mentioned how the hair is trash hair and what they recommended for a full head won’t cover even a 1/4 of my head tried to talk to customer service they are very slow with a response I tried to get a return label they offered a discount not the label they refuse to make the customer a priority instead this company doesn’t care to make this right by sending a label so I can return their product . SMH 🤦🏻♀️ this company is a misleading company beware do yur due diligence

Our Hand‑Tied Wefts are specifically designed for individuals with fine hair, which is why they have a lightweight and delicate construction. For customers who need more volume or coverage, we also offer several other weft styles that may be better suited to different hair types and installation needs. All of our Hand‑Tied Wefts are made from 100% virgin human hair and undergo strict quality inspections before being shipped.
Regarding returns, our policy—clearly stated on our website—does not include providing return labels for products that do not have quality issues. Based on our inspection, the product you received meets our quality standards.
That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard or unsupported.
Love the fishnet toppers
The fishnet topper is my daily go to. I’ve tried other pieces as well that were great before this was added to the assortment. Most items ship very quickly. Pre Orders arrive right within the window promised. I’ve been very happy with the quality and lifespan of the items I’ve ordered. Will definitely continue to order more.

Cant complain
For the price you pay, i really rate the hair. Its lasted the same time as my remi catchet. +6 Months for £80 for 100grams. I wouldn't mind paying that more regularly than 450+ I pay for remi catchet. The colours are good however could do with a larger range. Hair blends very well mine which is European. Ive used many different brands & for a budget range i really rate Moresoo
