Ruined my holiday
Ruined my holiday. Under extreme pressure and very limited time. Ordered holiday clothes from them as all my clothes are currently miles away in storage facility due to moving house. Paid extra for faster delivery. Which turned out to be pointless as delivery time now showing after I’ve already left the country on a flight clothesless. I have no time prior to travel to shop. Total nightmare. Customer service staff implying they were doing things to speed it along but when drilled down into the facts they were doing nothing and won’t even contact the carrier. Wish they’d just tell the truth from beginning rather than imply there’s some hope and like somethings being done. When it isn’t. Couldn’t ever trust to order from them again. Going to a very expensive resort with limited shops available. Most likely now wearing a bin bag. Cheers Cupshe

Not brilliant shirt dress
Not brilliant. It's a nice shirt dress but it's so wide at bottom of dress. The previous shirt dress red check pattern came shiny and see through, very poor material. The brown and grey checked shirt dress was better expected shirt material but was fitted around bust but too wide around bottom around the legs. I took it in.

After ordering I discovered this was coming from China, which immediately worried me in because I worried about the quality etc and sizing. But the Bikini set and beach dress were perfect size, well-made and comfortable. I didn’t need to worry about a cumbersome international return!

Better quality than I expected for the price. Few glitches on the app (when shipping to uk the bit where you put in your address kept defaulting to America) tracking package was a bit tricky as no link on emails and so didn’t realise it was evri. Sizing could be improved, I am 36DD bought some underwired cupped bikinis in a size 16 but all too small on cup size but large on back, would be good to have large cup size options.
