I have ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. I have never received the shoes and didn’t receive my money back either. No response for my massages either. Robbing company. Avoid!!!

Terrible Experience – Still No Order After 10 Days
Where is my order? It’s been over 10 days, and I’ve been charged for something I never received. I’m going on holiday and needed the item, but no one has contacted me with any update.
I’ve had to chase for answers and still heard nothing. The lack of communication is shocking.
I will definitely never order from this website again and will leave this review to warn others about how bad the customer service is.
Scammers…..no contact from them and can’t contact them!

Approx. 24hrs of posting this review I received a call from France which I never nearly answered. It was the company who rang to get the order number, to tell me when the order was being dispatched (that day) and delivered - which happened within within a couple more days. No issues with the items received.
Initial Review:
This company IS a JOKE!
Placed an order on 18/07, had no contact since. Website states order is ‘in progress’.
Sent them an email asking what’s happening with my order and NO REPLY.
ALSO rang them a few times on their contact number on the website. EVERY TIME the call connects, you get an IVR message stating ‘hold the line for a few minutes, we will take your call shortly’ BUT NO ONE EVER DOES - THEN YOU GET CUT OFF!

Ich bin kein Freund von solchen Bewertungen, aber nach zweimaligem Ärgernis muss ich nun doch eine Bewertung schreiben. Da dies einfach kein Geschäftsgebaren ist.
Ich habe schon öfters bei diesem Unternehmen bestellt. Allerdings sind die letzten beiden Male die reinste Katastrophe. Es war bei der letzten Bestellung so, dass Artikel welche auf der Rechnung standen nicht im Paket waren. Mitteilungen über das Kontaktformular sind im Sande verlaufen. Auch das Retourelabel wurde nach etliche E-Mails über das Kontaktformular (wohlbemerkt von dem man keine Kopie der Mail an Kidsaround auf seine E-Mail Adresse bekommt - was schlecht ist in Bezug auf das Nachweisen bei Paypal ist) nicht zugesendet geschweige den reagiert. Erst nachdem Paypal eingeschaltet wurde kam das Retourenlabel. Jedoch wurde bis dato noch keine Rückbuchung des Geldes von der zurückgesendeten Ware/fehlenden Ware vorgenommen. Auch auf dem Kundenkonto wurde nichts vermerkt.
Aber es kann ja immer mal was Schiefgehen.
2. Chance letzte Woche nochmals bestellt . Hier jedoch wieder das Gleiche. Nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben keine Reaktion. Retourelabel wieder nicht verfügbar bzw. wird nicht gestellt. Trotz das auf der Shopseite/Homepage mit kostenfreier Rücksendung geworben wird. Rücksendungskosten nach Frankreich 14,49 €.
FAZIT:
Kundenservice mangelhaft
kostenfreie Retoure eine glatte LÜGE
Wie ich hier weiter verfahre werde und ob ich nochmal etwas bestelle - fraglich!

La ropa de calidad excelente. Pero el servicio de atención al cliente lamentable. No contestan a los correos. Tengo un reembolso pendiente de una devolución de hace casi un mes. Tengo dos devoluciones que no puedo hacer porque no consigo las etiquetas de devolución. El servicio de entrega de envíos es muy lentos y siento impotencia porque no sé qué más se puede hacer. Literalmente, es como si me estuviesen robando.

Just dont order , dont bother , its not worth it! I dont even know where to start , ordered a pair of tracksuit at 21 may , recieved the 1 and only email since then about the order saying that is going to be delivered in 3-5 days and thats it , company ghosted me so hard , i had to contact them several times /days and finslly someone answered , ofc the atitude was as low as their services she just told me that she diesnt know much about the order and that shows them DHL has returned the items to them (like its my problem) with no reason , i told them this kinda ruined the 1st june present for my girl as this was the reason i ordered it , zero symphaty , none! Told them i dont want refund , i want to re-place the order so we can still have it ad my girl wanted it so bad , they said we will email you when we find out , again ghosted , called them again after 3 weeks of zero communication , again nobody knows anything and that i will recieve a refund within 2-3 days , ok , cool , its been a week and still there is zero communication, no refund nothing , its like talking to walls....just dont bother with this company , if this is their eay of keeping the business GOOD LUCK fellas.
Dubious company
I ordered a dress for my daughter’s birthday and it never arrived. Didn’t seem as though there was any attempt to deliver it. Luckily I received a speedy refund from PayPal. Avoid this company.

Do not buy anything at all from this website. No contact, no information. they just take your money and vanish. Luckily I paid on a credit card so will be going through them to reclaim it. Save yourselves the hassle and waste. Buy from somewhere else. Wish I had read this website before ordering. Just terrible.

Returns Non-existent
I ordered a dress for my daughter and it is too big. I have phoned this company three times, messaged through their website four times and contacted them through instagram and i have heard nothing - all I want to do is return the dress? How hard can it be? Terrible customer service and website - will never use again and would tell others to avoid it and buy elsewhere. I have just bought multiple items from Angel and Rocket and Childsplay and had no issue returning items simply getting a label via their websites.

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. Lost order, they’d rather argue with you than do proper checks and then later sent me a code which doesn’t work and I showed them proof of this.. they say it’s working on their end. Not helpful at all. Let’s see how long the lost order refund takes. I ordered my kids clothes from Childsplay Clothing instead.

Item still not arrived almost two weeks later. Customer service was well below par.
I purchased a gorgeous little outfit for my grandaughters birthday 10 days in advance of her birthday. It didn't arrive in time. Customer services don't answer their phone just let you listen to music then cut it off after a few minutes. After several failed attempts I contacted them via the chat. They refused to resolve other than wait for it to arrive and who knows when that will be as it is still in another country. Had I known the item was coming from abroad I would not have purchased. From them in the morning, "After consulting your order, the DHL carrier is encountering a software problem enabling their parcels to be delivered correctly to the addressees.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
We will contact them and get back to you as soon as possible."

I then explained this to Kidsaround who then said they have no post sales people to help, only pre-sales and therefore unable to assist but went on to say if I'd like help with anything else to get back in touch.

Hallo, ich habe postives zu berichten. Ich mache normal nicht so oft Bewertungen, aber es wäre schade, wenn man nicht die tollen Sachen ordert aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen. Ich kann also nur von unserer Erfahrung sprechen.
Ich habe zwei paar Schuhe gekauft und per PayPal gezahlt. Diese kamen sehr schnell an. Ein paar war zu klein. Kostenloser Rückversand ging auch reibungslos. Ich bekam zuerst keine Bestätigung der Rücksendung. Ich habe eine Email geschrieben. Dann war ich schon etwas nervös, da ich dann erst die negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Also entschloss ich mich mich anzurufen. Ging sofort jemand ans Telefon. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt ( in Englisch) und es wurde sich direkt entschuldigt, da viel los ist. Nach dem Telefonat habe ich die Bestätigungs Email erhalten und mein Geld zurück bekommen. Wir reden von insgesamt einer Woche nach Abgabe, der Rücksendung, bei der Postfiliale. Alles bestens. Ich werde wieder dort bestellen. Schade, für die, die nicht so tolle Erfahrungen gesammelt haben.

Customer service are EXTREMELY rude! No remorse whatsoever for their inconvenience.
In summary Do not order from this site!
They claim to have an issue with their computers but they have no day when this will be resolved.
I just hope I haven’t lost my money. I needed the order as I am going away on holiday but now I have no day to receive them.
