Ordered samples, beautiful colours & quality materials..I have now ordered 2 dresses for a wedding
Unfortunately I have since had to cancel my order, , and I am now told I have to pay 5% of the order cost for handling fees etc…I understood that if I cancelled within 24hrs of ordering my money would be returned..nowhere in your terms & conditions did I read that, I am really disappointed, unsure if I will order from you again or indeed recommend anyone else to order from you..

NOT so easy to cancel order, ignored by customer service. Just an email to say they have to charge me 5% bank charges. Do not order!!!!

Avoid this company !!! They are thieves! I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful WHITE wedding dress what I got was something very different the bottom was white the top was beige!!! Their “stress free return” was a nightmare so much back and forth through email in the end I still lost money for their mistake! Their website is super misleading and their customer service is a joke they do not care they will make money somehow while you’re still stressing to find a dress. Do yourself a favour and look somewhere else!

I've ordered three swatches, to make sure which colour I'd prefer the dress on. I think this option is great, but I'm not so happy with the waiting time, they'll arrive after a month, I wish it was faster
