Title: Disappointing Service and Unprofessionalism
Review:
I had an extremely frustrating experience with uk.travelfro.I called customer service for assistance, and the representative was not only unhelpful but also seemed uninterested in resolving my issue.
When I finally managed to book my flight, I was charged hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. I only discovered this when checking my booking confirmation. This is incredibly misleading and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I received no timely updates about my e ticket after taking the money I had to constantly reach out to the agency to get any information, and their response but I got no response from them
In addition, when I asked for a refund due to the poor service, they want to charge me for refund I was told that it was impossible to process without unnecessary complications. I will never use this agency again and would advise others to avoid them as well

In this company they doesn’t know what is customer service there is no concept of customer service worst customer service shit people they took money from my card but didn’t issue me the E ticket

Rohit at Travelpro made sure that we got the most convenient and competitively priced flights for our trip to India. He talked us through the various options with us patiently and made sure that all our queries were answered. He also did not pressure us to buy the tickets immediately.

We received our e-tickets promptly as promised.
