Bought a pet ramp for my arthritic dog. It was cheaper than on other sites but I thought I’d try it because I wasn’t sure how my dog would take to it. It’s really good quality, sturdy, arrived a couple of days earlier than expected and happily the dog now uses it (after a couple of days having to bribe him with treats).

I am still currently having major issues getting the correct product. Ordered train horns and received a Gazebo to which I have now sent many photos to which they ask for more photos its just a joke. All I want is the order I payed for! Crap customer service with no UK phone number

Brought about 50ish of the vevor hand winches over the last few months. Had 6 returned with problems. The quality is lacking on some. Loose parts, crank not working, wire snapped lifting 42kg although rated much higher.

Delivery was a day ahead of schedule. The product is as described, with a few minor flaws, but the low price makes up for them. Overall, it's okay 👍.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Not fit for purpose. Welding on spikes are weak and split after 30-40cm in the ground. Finally got them in only to find out they are not 100mm square but about 95, so post don't fit.

I ordered this machine so I didn't have to use the jigsaw to cut my 10mm laminate. I purchased it from Vevor website for £75. This is an awful piece of gear! I'd give it zero stars If i could! It does not cut at all! It barely scratches the surface. I ended up using my jigsaw. Don't bother wasting your money on this crap!

I brought Curtains for my Gazebo from Vevor when I received the item they sent me the wrong size i ordered 12x10x6.7 Vevour sent me 10x10x6.9 .I've had nothing but excuses from them they keep saying they are looking to to it, the problem is you can't ring them all communication is only by email ? That's should be alarm bells never order anything that doesn't have a registered number link to a company .
I've sent them evidence i.e ( photos ) ect several other emails and all I want was them to do is to send me the correct item out ,but 3 days later im still recieving emails saying they are investigating? DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN .Customer service is REALLY POOR . It is still on going i have now ask for a refund .I think they think im going to give up but I can assure you im not ,I will send another review with an update .

Good quality at a very affordable price

I set my machine to 180 temp and 180 secs, but my sublimated images do not adhere to sublimated mug, most of the time. Help. A beginner.

Purchased a 700mm tile cutter. Am very pleased with the robust quality of the product.

Appalling experience with this company. I ordered a pack of two rolls of rubber matting, but only received one. When I checked I saw their website had been amended, with only one roll now offered for the previous price of two. Despite sending them a screenshot of my original order, they have refused to honour this. I have only received one half the product I ordered, but they will neither send the rest nor provide a refund. This is a blatant breach of UK consumer law. What a shambolic, cowboy set-up. I advise everyone to avoid them like the plague.

UPDATE: In the interests of fairness I have now been offered a refund, but only after a ridiculous customer service trail and writing this review. I suspect that when things go to plan with this company they go well - but when they don’t, they can go badly wrong. Their customer support network is clearly in dire need of reorganisation and training. On further inspection the product I received is poor - it’s falling to bits and I haven’t even unwrapped it fully - so I still wouldn’t dream of shopping with them again.

Never heard of this company before but I was on the hunt for an affordable bamboo bread bin with a transparent lid and all the ones I came across cost more than what I wanted to pay. Until I found the perfect one on Vevor. I was a little skeptical as like I said, I’d never heard of them but decided to order as the style was exactly what I wanted and it was only £15. Very pleasantly surprised- delivery was super fast (2 days) and the item is exactly as pictured- quality is decent for the price too. I would most definitely order from them again.

I ordered a medium sized aluminum tool box . It arrived on time well packaged and in good condition. The price was very competitive and I'm extremely pleased with the tool box.
