Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered some native pond snails and some oxygenating weed for my small garden pond using the Tracked24 option. The snails and plants have just arrived and I'm very pleased with them. The weed is in excellent condition and looking extremely healthy as are the pond snails. This is my first time ordering from UK Aquatic Garden Supplies but I certainly will order again given the service and the quality of the items received. Thank you very much.

Purchased from this company and most arrived dead. They blamed us, our pond water, the fact that the parcel was left on the doorstep for 10 minutes! I cannot recommend this company either for goods or customer service based on my experience.

Extremely rude customer service.

Bought native ramshorn snails. They arrived speckled. I was unsure if native and asked for clarification. They suggested I bought them elsewhere. I sent pictures and said perhaps I am confused could they clarify. I was polite and just wanting information. They called me preposterous and gave an extremely rude emotional response.

Honestly will avoid in further as felt like an emotional punching bag.

Do not pay to be insulted

Update- further reply to email with very long rant about vile mouths and social media. Honestly astounding. Company clearly needs an intervention into whoever is running customer service. Pattern of behaviour as per reviews.

The only link to check progress of delivery on their receipt for order is a link to download 'Shop'. To get updates from Shop, they want you to agree that they can access ALl your emails.
Anyway, Shop's update said they had delivered my snails and plant. They hadn't and hadn't delivered to any neighbours either. Phoned UKAGS - just an answerphone and a couple of hours later there was still no response. I emailed and messaged on facebook and did get a response to say they would check up. A couple of hours later they said the parcel would be delivered next day. I also got a very long rant from someone -unsigned- complaining about me complaining to them and saying it was my choice to use ''Shop'. It wasn't. It was the only link on their order receipt.
I replied to one of their emails saying that I didn't think all snails were alive. I sent photos over a number of days. With the delay, they were 5 days in transit. No response from UK Aquatic Garden Supplies.
I would not use them again

Placed order online via Amazon. Day before delivery due date receive an Amazon email stating that this company had cancelled my order with no explanation.

These guys could have informed me days ago that they were unable to fulfil my order.

Customer service at it’s very worse. Have now ordered same plants via Amazon from a different supplier! My guess the oxygenator plants I ordered were out of stock, would have been decent if they had informed me at the time rather than leave it days before copping out!

Used them twice now and they are great! Couldn't recommend them enough. Also the snails are doing great! The packaging is always extremely impressive and shows how much they care for their animals!!
