We offer a better price and service because we know that no two vans are the same, and we manually appraise every vehicle individually. We will come and collect when it’s convenient to you, regardless of location. We understand how valuable your time is, and we want to make your experience with us as simple as it can be and we strive to give the best customer service and experience possible. We do ask that you send us photos of your vehicle, to help us ensure we have both valued the correct model and that we are fully appraised of the vehicle’s condition before collection. The last thing we want to do is waste anybody’s time - yours or ours - so we ask that you highlight all features and ALL damage upfront. This allows us to be as accurate as possible with our valuation, so that there is no need for any uncomfortable re-negotiation on your doorstop when our driver arrives to collect your vehicle.

DO GO THERE not be trusted
Right just looked these guys up after they waisted my time near miss refused to sell to them after they had me waiting and didn’t show and had no interest in turning up
Read some reviews was gobbsmacked at what I was reading lucky escape
DO NOT USE THEM sell private this trade is so untrustworthy

Hi Damion, we're sorry we couldn't collect on Thursday as it was too short notice and a driver was not available to collect in your area, so we offered Friday for collection. When you advised you were going to be away and that Friday wasn't possible but Thursday or Tuesday were, we were looking into arranging a driver for Tuesday. We didn't confirm we were sending a driver on Thursday which we do via email/WhatsApp with confirmation of the date and time when a driver is booked. When you chased on Thursday we tried to see if a driver would be able to get to you, but that was not possible. Best wishes UKBVB.

I was slightly sceptical but
I was slightly sceptical about an on line valuation, but come the day that the vehicle was being collected it could not have gone smoother. The online valuation was paid with no fuss, and within 10 minutes of providing bank details, the money had been deposited.

Pleasantly surprised
I was absolutely terrified that I was going to be ripped off!!!! But I can promise you that this is the most outstanding trustworthy company. I can’t express enough my gratitude and there professionalism. There was no trying to re negotiate they gave me what we agreed. If only every car sales company was like these guys

UkBestVanBuyer have been fantastic! From the very initial point of contact, they were really helpful in the sale of my minibus. Everything was dealt with so efficiently and the money was paid before the van even left the site! The driver who came to pick up the vehicle was extremely helpful too! Thank you very much!

These guys were absolutely brilliant…
These guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish!!
All done over text message and when they turned up the guy was quick to get the sale completed.
Short test drive and the usual necessary checks on the Van.
Then they made a very fair offer and the payment was made immediately and they drove the van off within 15 mins 🙌🏽👍🏼
If you have a van for sale and you want a hassle free experience then these are the guys to deal with 200%

Great Service
All very easy albeit problems with ALD. Darren was very good but a special shout out for Louise who was fantastic chasing ALD.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. From my initial enquiry to the vehicle being collected only took a couple of days, and everything was really easy and hassle free.
I dealt with Darren and Mike, who made the whole thing simple and straightforward. Steve came to collect the truck and was a pleasure to deal with - such a nice guy.
All the paperwork was sorted there and then, no haggling at all, and the payment came through instantly by bank transfer.
Would definitely use again and happily recommend!

Outstanding customer service with no messing about
Had to sell my vehicle due to ill health , Darren who I dealt with was more than fair with the price , they collected at my door , paid funds immediately into my account and sorted all dvla out .. a real simple process and would highly recommend
