I ordered a tent that unfortunately got lost in transit with Evri. To be clear, that part wasn't UK Camping and Leisure's fault, but how they handled it afterwards really was very professional.

Every time I emailed, I had a reply within 24 hours, often much sooner (during the week).

When I flagged that the parcel wasn't moving, they chased Evri directly rather than just pointing me back to the courier.

They kept me updated at each stage, and once it was confirmed lost, they issued a full refund promptly without any argument.

It's a shame the item never arrived, but the way the team communicated and resolved the issue was quick, clear, and genuinely professional throughout. I'd order from them again.

Lovely company but disappointed with the items ordered. I thought it was melamine but they are plastic. The bowls are nice but the plate lips are not quite deep enough. Will use in the garden but really wanted melamine not polypropylene which is a light weight plastic.

Excellent service and very helpful

Bought some ramps for the motorhome off them. the purchase process was good, they use evri though so i'd avoid using them completely if you want something delivered. god knows where the ramps are, certainly not with me nor my neighbours.
they are also supper slow to respond and only have an email contact. i've know asked for a refund but nothing, so will need to wait and do a charge back as failure to deliver. Thanks uk camping

Unfortunately I was given the wrong information about the size of a product. When it arrived it was the wrong size but I had no time to source the correct one so I had to keep it.

Wanting to buy a Thetford fridge from their website. After exchanging several emails to confirm price and availability I placed the order only to be cancelled and told a refund would be with me in 3 to 5 days. They hold no stock. Absolute time wasters. Item still listed on website as available. Do not trust their prices, stock or advice from customer service. Very misleading and dishonest.

Basically good but item purchased was fairly expensive for what it is. Service good delivery time good, website easy to use . Item purchased was as described. Prices need attention.

I’m really pleased I ordered a roof hatch for my 1990 horsebox a while ago and camping and leisure were the only ones to stock it and so easy to fit, I then ordered 2 more at a later date for two others that had broke on the roof, I ordered them to collect by mistake I contacted them via email and they changed the collection to delivery and I received it the next day I was so pleased

would not reply to emails when it came time for a credit
quick to take the money slow to deliver and very poor communication. Pity I could of spend more money with them

I ordered 2 items from UK Camping and Leisure. Unfortunately 1 of the items was damaged in transit. 1 email which was responded to within a day and the issue was sorted to my satisfaction 100%. I judge a company when things go wrong on how they respond to the issue, and I could not fault the customer service. I can recommend and will use this company again myself.

I bought a circuit board from them which, it turned out, I didn’t need. I asked to return it and it was not a problem their customer services person said. I returned the item and received a full refund a few days later no questions asked. Excellent service. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered replacement mirror on 26 June since then the delivery company has sent me 12 emails relating from confirming address to telling me they were looking for my parcel.the last email saying they can’t find it and contact the supplier, amazingly it turned up 10 days later.No problem with the mirror or supplier just the delivery company they use to send it.

The camping mat was delivered pronto thank you. Very pleased and a good price. Good company.
