Nice looking Rads but the App to operate them is unusable
I have waited for several months now to make sure I use these rads before I write a review. The look and installation is very good, however the utterly useless chinese App that you are supposed to use to operate the rads with is utter rubbish. poorly written and some of it in chinese. you cannot group rads together and set group programs, you can't turn all rads on/off, the timer function does not turn the rads off when you hit 1 hour or 2 hours. when setting programs you have to go into each rad and manually configure each block of time. when you have a program set you can't boost the Rads for 2 hours.
In response to the poor response below. The functions I would expect you have been able to get from a basic heating system for the past 39 years. When someone is selling a so called Smart radiator I would expect at the very least it do the same as a 30 year old traditional system or it isn’t very SMART

However, we do think it's important to clarify that the app's functionality is as described on the product page, and features such as grouping multiple radiators, setting shared schedules, or boosting all radiators simultaneously aren't advertised as available functions.
We understand that you'd like more flexibility, and feedback like yours is useful in highlighting where improvements could make the experience even better. While we can't promise features that aren't currently supported, we're always keen to hear how products could be improved.
