Fantastic service from start to finish. I initially ordered the wrong radiator valves and, as soon as I realised, contacted them to cancel the order. They responded straight away and kept me updated at every step, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
Once I’d ordered the correct valves, they arrived the very next day. They look absolutely gorgeous and feel really good quality - I can’t wait to see them fitted next week!
A huge shout-out to James in particular, who has been exceptional throughout. Brilliant communication, fantastic customer service and a lovely product. Would definitely recommend.

I called after receiving my Typhoon…
I called after receiving my Typhoon towel rail delivery and installation to check if I need to register for my guarantee. The operator gave the impression of being abroad not understanding my questions and very slow to respond , not English there wasa lot of back ground noise on the call as if she was outside , after 4 minutes they simply cut me off, not called back since.
