You just have to send an email to their technical team explaining the issue, and they usually reply the same day.

I have really appreciated the customer service/support. Always very prompt and helpful...although I have not had any need for support past the installation!
I wish there was something that could be done about the Channel 4 and 5 apps. It's frustrating not being able to get these...but oh well, it just leaves me with 5000++ other things to watch instead! haha

Quick Solution to Resolve a non-Problem
I had a problem re: recording into a playlist, and was extremely frustrated and critical of the system. Pleasingly it turned out to be solvable, and the UK Satellite TV customer service was excellent in expediently helping me solve the problem. Which turned out to be my misunderstanding on how to save recordings to a personal playlist - thank you Customer Service for your support
