Overall excellent
A wide range of channels is available. It’s quick to load up and easy to use. Being able to park frequently watched programmes in a personalised playlist is extremely useful as is the ability to navigate the system using voice control. I also like the competitive pricing which works out much more cheaply than having a Sky box. The only drawback is the inability to record programmes on to a hard drive, but then the vast majority - often apart from sports matches - can be streamed from the TV company. Overall excellent.

We were pretty surprised by your two-star review, especially since your dissatisfaction is solely based on a €10 price adjustment after 18 months—our first increase since you joined.
As a business, we occasionally adjust pricing to continue delivering the quality service our customers expect. We value transparency and fairness, so we communicated the change in advance. When we reached out to discuss your concerns, you acknowledged that you enjoyed the service and even mentioned you would revise your review, which unfortunately did not happen.
A review should reflect the experience with the service, not just frustration over a reasonable price adjustment. When a customer enjoys a service but chooses to give a low rating purely due to a price increase, it creates an unfair representation of what we offer.

I have been a customer of UK Satellite TV for eight years both using Satellite and now with Sky Stream. I have been impressed with both the service provided and extremely fast email response to occasional issues I may have. I would fully recommend UK Satellite TV and especially Sky Stream the available content is literally endless!

Not infrequent loss of service with no simple solution. Plus the inability to play Netflix top ten films which you have been unable resolve for two months. This problem remains unresolved.
