Got my confidence back
I started using minoxidil with ulo. After about 2 months I started noticing more hairs popping up and it's been awesome to get a product that finally works. I also started TRT with their online clinic, I had struggled with my sleep and energy levels and it’s honestly been a game changer. My confidence is up and I feel much better going into the day. The service has been easy to use and not too expensive. The Telehealth service is great and they explain everything very well.

ULO.co has honestly been the first hair-loss product that didn’t feel like throwing money away. The routine fits easily into my day, and after consistent use I’m finally seeing real improvement — thicker feel, less shedding, and healthier-looking hair overall. Shipping was quick, support was helpful, and everything feels high quality. If you’re on the fence, this is one of the few I’d actually recommend.
Extremely disorganized company! Avoid!!
Extremely disorganized company. They do not have a clear easy to understand program or system. I tried their service and was extremely confused about how their program worked. Took forever to receive my initial package of pills and injectable serum. I kept calling to make a payment over the phone. They could not help me or take payment. They said I will receive a payment request email. It never came, and it was not in my spam. Finally was able to make payment via their confusing poorly designed web portal. The payment process forced me to schedule another consultation with an RN , not an actual doctor. I had already had an initial consultation so I had to call to cancel that meeting. Every single phone call to this confused organization to at least 40 minutes of my time as they constantly put me on hold while who ever I was talking to had to go somewhere or get in touch with someone who knew the correct answer. What a disjointed confused time suck!!! I canceled my relationship with them because of their unprofessional poorly managed organization. It made me loose any sense of trust that they actually know what they’re doing in regards to my health. For all I know their serum was anemic or poorly designed or manufactured as well. I do not recommend this service to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time with confused sketchy people!!
ulo shower products
I’ve been using the thickening shampoo and conditioner for a little over a month now. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but my hair definitely looks and feels fuller. My girlfriend even said she was noticing it and loves the smell!
dutasteride/minoxidil FTW
Mid 30s, Mexican descent. Been using Ulo’s dutasteride & minoxidil topical for about 6 months now and I’m very impressed with how good it’s working. My crown was thinning and now it’s actually filling in. Got a bunch of new baby hairs showing up that weren’t there before.
No systemic side effects, drops in libido, nothing. Just steady progress as long as I stay consistant.
Big thanks to Taylor in CS. He always replies fast and kept me posted on my shipment. Delivery came way quicker than I thought too.

Amazing products and customer service
I’ve been dealing with hair loss since I was 22 (I’m 38) now. Didn’t know if I had any real hope left. I filled out the survey on Ulo’s website and went with their recommended products (topical dutasteride with enhancers) and it’s only been a couple months and I’ve seen noticeable regrowth. My girlfriend even commented on my “bald spot filling in”
I’m very happy and anytime I need to pause a shipment due to travel customer service takes care of it for me immediately.
dutasteride is my savior
Initially I was prescribed finasteride did not stop my hair loss. Their physicians recommended dutasteride to me and within 3 weeks I have absolutely no more shedding. Hoping to see regrowth soon.
Customer circus
Do not reply to any emails. They’re all fake. They will charge you every month no matter what happens. Nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve already read another review stating the exact same thing that I’ve been going through. I was able to speak with somebody who was from the states I believe and it sounds like they were embarrassed with how things are handled. I just don’t know if that’s a sincere response or just part of the runaround I’m about two seconds away from asking for a refund for the second time. My medication takes forever and I had to stop cold turkey and go through withdrawals. It’s been months since I’ve come off of it and have to start all over again. I’m just not sure. I wanna do it with ULO.
RUN, don't walk, from this organization. Beware.
This has been the worst experience I've had with a service provider of any kind in years, maybe decades. Worse than Comcast. Worse than Verizon! The support email is 100% AI generated, with no access to any kind of data that would help -- you are instead directed to call the support line for everything. And you will be calling them a lot, because the website is dysfunctional. My Orders screen *has never worked*. The entire website is nothing more than a document repository, built on a Stripe website! The only thing that works is the billing, unfortunately.
I am nearly out of my medication and there is no refill request form online, despite what the AI support says. So I've called the support line, but they couldn't help me either -- it had to be "escalated" to the refill people. Those people were apparently too busy and were supposed to call me back shortly... "Within the next 30 minutes, I would think," said the heavily accented man (100% I'm talking to someone in India or Bangladesh, it is never a native English speaker and there is serious latency). It's now been hours and I have gotten no call.
I don't know what to do at this point; they have forced me to look elsewhere. You can't just stop TRT on a lark, my body has stopped making T on its own. I've had a really good interaction with Male Excel so far, and hopefully they can fit me in before I'm left in a rut by Ulo.
This is not how HRT should feel. I'm 51% sure this is either a scam, or else some pimply exec's idea to make a bundle off TRT by selling overpriced T on shoestring support. Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake and go literally anywhere else.
