This is an awful company. The guy on the phone told me 2 weeks rental but on the paperwork it said 7 so they charged me additional fees. Total Scam please don't rent from them!!! Also no trash above must be flush that was never told. Extra un-forseen charges, liars, crooks etc!

Ultimate Dumpster is, in my experience, the ultimate ripoff. They got my billing address wrong, so my credit card initially denied the charge. Ultimate Ripoff attempted a second time and it went through, as did the first charge. Customer Service at Ultimate Incompetence said the first charge never went through, but it did. My credit card's fraud department reversed the charge.

To have a 30 yard dumpster for 45 days, I paid $1,869.00, or $41.53 per day. Any days beyond 45 were to be charged at $30 per day. It was delivered late the morning of June 6th. The driver parked it where he wanted it, not where I wanted it. (I let my CDL lapse years ago, but I know how to move a rig around the yard and what I asked was reasonable.)

Depending on how the days are counted, July 21st was either the 45th day or the 46th. If they counted it as the 46th day, that was fine, I'd pay the extra $30. Despite that they sent me a text to confirm pick up for July 21st, they came and got it early on the morning of July 19th, leaving me with a pile of construction trash.

They also billed my credit card $1.04. Twice. The second time triggered a fraud alert and my bank froze my card. (I had a pleasant conversation with a nice lady in their fraud department. She offered to send me a new card with a new number. I might take them up on that.)

When I called to complain, they said (1) that the $1.04 was just to be sure the card was still good and that the charge would drop off, which it has not, and (2) that a manager would call me back. None ever did. When I called to say I want what I paid for, a person in billing told me they were refunding me $30. (I paid $41.53 per day and they shorted me 1-1/2 days what I paid for, and they think a $30 refund will suffice?)

I told them I don't want a refund, I want what I paid for. I was told my concern would be escalated to a manager. So far, no call back, no email, no response and, so far, no refund of any kind.

I will never do business with these people again. And as a councilman I will ensure that everybody in our government knows that these people are the ultimate ripoff and we should (1) warn all of our citizens to avoid doing business with them, (2) never do business with them, ourselves, and (3) to warn all of our business partners about them.

Meanwhile, attached is a photo of the construction trash they left when they ripped me off.

to even 3 times more than a local dumpster & or a Porta Potty place . Bad service, bad on the phone , late delivery, late pick ups - bad people - do not waste your $ !!!!!

ultimatedumpsters.com will bait and switch your order in the contract. Reading other reviews I've seen them fail to follow their own contract. You can call the manager (his name is Marvin) and ask if he intends to make it right if this happens to you but he will hangup on you: 866-858-3867 ext 630

Started out good on a commercial project. They had the dumpster there first thing in the morning. This job was going to require new dumpsters daily. I told them that at the beginning. Then the parameters changed. We couldn't get new dumpsters dropped off but had to do a switch out. I said ok, as long as they were there first thing in the morning. Was told, no problem. Well it became a problem bc they didn't do that. I even called to verify the time twice for the dumpster switch out and they still didn't get there in that timeframe. Waited till after lunch time one day for a dumpster and my crew had to pile up 75 squares of removed shingles and bad decking. Then I was told to call the manager of the dumpster company they subbed the work to. They were rude and cursed out my project manager. Also, I called to complain to Ultimate Dumpsters about my experience and was brushed off. Was told I would receive a call back from a manager and that never happened. The amount of phone calls between this company and their dumpster sub was ridiculous. This was the worst experience and made the job very stressful when it could have been avoided. There are too many hands in the pot in this company for it to run efficiently. Highly recommend you DO NOT USE this company.

Did not pick dumpster up on specified date. Worst of all was there customer service the manager through a temper tantrum like a six year old out on work release. Cannot believe they have someone like that representing there company.

This company are a bunch of theifs .waited all day for dumpster they dropped it off on Thursday at 530 pm.they were at my house Wednesday early morning trying to pick it up.my husbands like we didn't call.They left I called on Thurs afternoon for them to get it.they charged my card extra 140 on top of the 450 for extra day .I tried explaining I didn't get it till the evening they said u signed the contract .scumbags never use them.I should have had dumpster Thursday 530 to Thursday 530 ,huge rip off.

This company is straight garbage! They need to roll out a dumpster and jump in it NOW!

Watch for the fine prints in the contract. I asked for a dumpster that I would need for a total of two days at a property 200 miles away from home. When I ordered it I was clear that it was for a short amount of time and they assured me that at the end of my 7 days, it'd be picked up with no issues. They waited four weeks to text me to ask if I still needed it, and informed me that the only thing that matters is the fine print in the contract stating I have to call or they will not pick it up. Suffice to say, this has put me in a bind financially, because of the downright lie I was told that cost me an additional $400.

Total Scam! I will be going to the office of attorney general. This company assured me a dumpster would be at one of my properties by noon. 3:00 PM rolled around and after I tried to call several times for an ETA no response! I was forced to cancel and I received a $300.00 cancellation fee! Total Scam!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. WORTHLESS ON ALL FRONTS.

I will never use or recommend these services to anyone and plan on leaving negative reviews everywhere I possibly can. I was assured by "Jay" yesterday when deciding to use them for my 20 yard roll off rental for my roof replacement that the container would be at my home first thing this morning for the roofers. As of 10:30am, no container so I called and was told it would be this afternoon. The roofers have completely removed the old roof and all of the waste is laying in my yard due to the container not being delivered when I was assured it would be! The rental was also over priced compared to others but I went with them and paid the extra cost because again, because I was assured I would have my container first thing this morning. It is now 12:00 noon and still no container. I would not have paid the over priced cost if I had known that "Jay" was not going to hold up on his end of the deal! I am going to have to end up picking up all the roofing waste out of my yard myself and put it in the container if it ever shows up because the roofers will be finished and gone! I am still being charged the full $600!

This place is NOT the place to use, IMHO. We used them, they delivered the wrong size dumpster (I ordered a 10 yard, they delivered a 20, which we really did not have the space to accommodate); the driver put the dumpster facing the wrong way making the incredibly small space we did have left even harder to get to as the door to the dumpster was facing away from where the concrete was being broken up; the door to the dumpster was broken and took three people and a skid steer to be able to lock into place properly, in addition to the dumpster being rusted and having holes in it.(I have pics of whole set up) We were breaking up a concrete driveway and the dumpster was there for a little over a week, during this time random people from the neighborhood also threw things in the dumpster so we were charged an extra $500 for it being a mixed load rather than just clean concrete on its own. I called several times and spoke to several different customer service and billing service managers. One of them, Afton, said that he would have a manager call me back as he didn't have the authority to make any offers or corrections to the problem. This is where the fun really starts, I never received a call back from the manager Afton said would call so more than a week later I called them back. I finally got to speak to a billing manager, Ellen (sp?) who after listening was only able to offer a $250 refund. Nevermind that I have spent well over a thousand on this dumpster to take up a 20 foot long concrete driveway, I could have paid someone to take this driveway up for that amount of money without having to do all the hard labor myself. I was willing to accept the $250 refund, but I also did say that I would let my experience be known on the internet because it has been absolutely atrocious. When I let the billing representative know this she proceeded to yell (yes, seriously YELL) at me, I mean scream at me that I wasn't going to get anything if I was going to "threaten and bash" their company on the internet. I even asked her if when speaking to her children (heard in the background) them was effective and she said no. I also reminded her that I had not raised my voice in any way during the conversation and that I requested she stop yelling at me. She said that she would call the CEO and ask him what to do. She called me back about five minutes later and let me know that the CEO refused to offer the $250 refund and that "i could just go tell my story on the internet." This company is not even based in Tampa, it is based in New York. USE ANY OTHER DUMPSTER SERVICE AS YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE, IMHO.

This is the worst company to use for dumpsters. They are a broker and are completely incompetent. These guys delayed picking up the dumpster over 30 days after I had called them 5 times. They did not pick-up the dumpster and then charged me for the overage after they had been called multiple times. Never do business with this company ever.

I really wish I could leave a 0 star, we reserved a 40 yard, after a completely devastating house fire, on the day of delivery we were called and told they didn't have have a 40 yard, until the following week, so they brought a 30 yard. We were told we would get a $100 discount. We called for pick up, and to ask about the discount, I spoke with Emil, she transferred me to Eli, who was extremely rude, told me it was not his problem that Reina told me the wrong prices, that he did not, and that our experience with this company was not his problem. When I told him we would not be using this company again, he said that was fine with him, we didn't have to use this company. He kept interrupting me through out the conversation. Finally, I just told him to come get the piece of crap and hung up. Extremely disappointed in the treatment. AND AFTER CHECKING OUR BANK ACCOUNT, THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT EXTRA CHARGES!!

BUYER BEWARE! We were told multiple times in multiple phone conversations that the rental period was fourteen days. In the contract, in small, light green font, the rental period states 7 days. After signing the contract, we called AGAIN to confirm the rental period and were AGAIN told it is for fourteen days. We call at the end of the rental period and are told we have been charged an additional $270 for "extra days". Even after listening to the audio recordings, Ultimate Dumpster has refused to go with what the customer service rep. told us both BEFORE AND AFTER the contract was signed. BEWARE of this company!!!

Beware: extremely high cost, unprofessional and rude. They are a broker and charge exorbitant prices compared to local competitors. They charge more for a 10yard dumpster than even Waste Management charges for a 20yard dumpster. And WM lets you keep it for 14 days compared to 5! I wish I had realized this sooner. My ordeal began when they were late for delivery. I called to inquire (wasn't even mad at this point) and was blatantly told it was my fault because I didn't sign the invoice sent by email. I explained that I did not receive an email with an invoice (another argument) and they realized they had the wrong email. No apology. By this point I was so stressed and upset that I just quickly signed it. Yes, I should have read it more thoroughly. When I called to check on the delivery time, I realized it was the wrong size dumpster. I was told I have 2 choices, either pay more for a 20 yd, which was an outrageous price, or cancel for a full refund. I was told, not once, but twice, that I would get 100% back. After 4 days I finally received the return email invoice and discovered they had kept a $250 fee. After another 2 days of trying to get hold of a manager, I finally reached one that answered the phone like it was her personal cellphone. I couldn't believe the way she spoke to me. She told me "You can read." In reference to the invoice. She made a comment about "your silly little notebook " because I had mentioned the charged price did not match the quote I had written down. Half way through the conversation I stopped to ask her if she actually was a manager because managers shouldn't talk to their customers this way. She proceeded to yell at me "that you are not my boss, you don't pay me." Really?!?! She then went on to say "you guys" referring to me and customers in general. I asked "who is 'you guys'? I am one person. " She replied she was referring to all the ridiculous customers that call and complain trying to get money back. Ok well, if your customers are so ridiculous, then I guess you don't need us. Good luck staying in business. I tried to say that it really upsets me how the company charges so much and treats their customers this way, especially with what's going on in the world right now (pandemic). And she angrily replied "you want to talk about what's going on, let's do that." By this point I was so disgusted by her behavior and of the others at this company, I said I would be calling the Better Business Bureau. She replied, " fine, you do that, I will win. Go ahead and dispute your credit card too, i'll win that too. I was going to give you $100 back but not now." I completely wasted my time thinking the people at this company had any human decency. Take your business elsewhere.

I wouldn’t even give them a star but you have no choice. I’ve read other reviews people have wrote and mine sounds the same. Terrible,terrible service . No one knows what’s going on there. You talk to one person after the other and still no dumpster after days of saying it’s going to be delivered. Your frustration level with them is threw the roof. When they finally do deliver it’s not what you ordered and you were supposed to have it for a week and now they say you have it for 3 days since they dropped it off on a Friday night and picking it up on Tues morning because someone else needs it for a week and paying the same amount I did. What the hell ! I told them to come get their dumpster and I was going to call another company that I could get great service and the product I wanted. And I did .I filed a complaint and told them I wanted a full refund ! This company no one should deal with !! And this the short version of the frustration I had with them !!
