Love Ultimate Office office accessories
Glad we found Ultimate Office for the unique type of accessories that aren't found everywhere. Been hooked on their flip desk sorters for years and couldn't live without mine. Ordering is always easy and delivery is always prompt. We recently searched for a hard-to-find rolling, locking file cart and they had them. The cart arrived faster than we expected and is a better product than the old one we replaced.

Shipping experince not so good
I really love your products however I placed an order for two items and the shipping took 2 1/2 weeks!! While I expect this when not paying for expedited shipping I didn't expect for my order to come in incomplete. The package came without any explanation on the invoice as to why I didn't receive the other item. Instead the invoice reflected all items were shipped and the total amount paid. I called, found out it was back ordered, was given a shipping date and my package arrived a week 1/2 after the date I was given.

Cheaply Made
In the past this item was made using metal prongs. Now they are plastic. The material used for the sheet protectors is also of a lesser quality while the price is still the same. I love the design of this item but would likely not purchase anymore in the future.

Thank you for ordering with us again. We do offer the most extensive lineup of Reference Organizers to meet every budget. Most of Reference Organizers do come standard with metal prongs including our best-selling DocuMate Organizer. Our AdjustAview organizer does come with plastic tip pockets, but we have had any reports of the pockets breaking. This organizers should last a very long time, however if you would like to exchange the organizer you purchased for our DocuMate with the metal tips we would be happy to do that for you. I can review the price difference with you.

Desk Top Organizer
One of the first things I requested when I started my HR job 26 years ago, was a desk top flip chart. I ordered it from Ultimate Office. Over the years I added additional pages and took it with me whenever I changed positions. The vinyl pages are still clear, have not torn and still remove and reattach as well as they did when it was new. The base is heavy and the unit does not rock back and forth like some cheaper versions from other retailers. I recently changed companies and guess what I requested as my first purchase? My new organizer from Ultimate Office, is just a impressive as my first one. And, I'm pretty sure it will be here when I retire.

The folders ordered stayed together.....this time
These folders have been ordered time and time again, but the last batch (of about 30-40) must have been defective. The button on the front of which the loop secured the flap kept coming off. After researching comparable pockets/folders, I decided to try ONE MORE TIME.....with success.

Always a good product, and great service
Magnifiles have been a staple of my file drawer for over 5 years now...My recent order was damaged in shipping, and Ultimate Office immediately sent me the parts to repair my files right away (Did you know that if your magnifiles break, they'll send you parts to fix them?). A great investment in a solid product.

The item I wanted was on a long back-order; UO gave me the option of cancelling or changing the order, kept me informed of the anticipated shipping date, let me know when the item was shipping.
