I'm really enjoying the products I've received. My only problem is that you should have a template for the spine of the notebooks. Other than that all is working out well.

I bought one item that cost $5.50 and the shipping was $12.95. I called the company and spoke with a representative because I could not believe the shipping would be so high. The representative said they only use FedEx and not the postal service. He offered to decrease the shipping from $12.95 to $9.95. That's almost twice the amount of the item I bought. I would hope Open Office would do better for their customers by using a less expensive mailing option.

This organizer holds papers, paper clips, pens, notebooks and keeps important information at my fingertips. It is very handy, plus I can add more files to it if I need to. I order the drawer and extra filing spot to the organizer and it was well worth it. It is large and bulky, and I had to rearrange some things to fit it in, but I don't know how I lived without it.

I am Tree, and I did the research and purchase for Jon. We store over 400 vehicle titles in two books in plastic sleeves so we can take titles out when sold and add new titles when received. With sales, trade-ins, and purchases we average over 40 title changes per day.

The one piece rings which lock at the ends are perfect for this and are appreciated by all who use the "title books."

However, after just a couple weeks of use one of the books no longer has a front cover. I am being teased/chastised for buying a product with such poor durability. Whoever lost the cover has not stepped forward to describe what happened. We think it happened when someone was putting the title books in the safe at the end of the day.

Years ago we had books which had piano hinges for the cover and that aspect of durability was virtually permanent. However, since then sturdily covered books have had separated rings which easily become deformed making research for titles almost impossible.

If you know of a product which meets both needs we would really like to hear about it. Meanwhile we are trying duct tape solutions in order to keep using the one piece rings that work so well for us.

I bought this stapler based on the image online -- the color appeared to be graphite/black. So I was surprised and disappointed when the stapler arrived and it was gray-green. It works fine thus far, I just could have saved @$15 by purchasing the exact same color stapler online through another source.

I do not like that I ordered twoWood Worx Cubes only to find out that I also needed to order the shelves (separately)Uck. Then I found out the shelves were on back order until the end of September #frustrated

this site offers first class quality products, I particularly like the magnifiles they are a bit more than regular files but the color coding and quality of the product more than dazzle several people in our office are jealous of my files and have changed their records over as well. I do wish they would go back to selling entire packs of single color magnifiles it helps in sorting by topic The magnifiles have been in my office for over 5 years and still look new, they hold up well because they are a quality item. I love them
