They charged me 34.99 that I did not authorize! And it’s not first time they took money first time bank refund it me. Now need to speak to bank again ! I want a refund immediately!! Thank you

I have never subscribed to their service, still I get charged. This is a total scam.

Moi aussi pareil j'ai fait une opération chez 1€ pour une signature PDF et une semaine après et voulez me prélever une somme d'argent de 39.99 sauf que j'avais pas de l'argent sur mon compte ten mieux et du coup-là je suis en train de demander une autre carte c'est des voleurs

As others have discovered, this is a scam.
I find, to my astonishment, that ultrapdf have charged me, without my authorisation, and without providing any services whatsoever, £1.99 and £34.99 in October and £34.99 in November.

Realice un pago para editar un pdf y me llevo ahora la sorpresa que me cobraron $805 pesos mexicanos por una suscripción mensual.

Ahora falta esperar para meter aclaración y esperar si el banco me lo quiere regresar.

Por lo visto no se escapa nadie de ese engaño, pagué 1 euro para convertir 3 fotos en pdf y desde entonces intentan diariamente cobrar 34,99 €. Por suerte la entidad bancaria ha rechazado el pago desde el primer intento. Cómo es posible que esta estafa siga adelante sin que ninguna autoridad la resuelva rigurosamente come ha de ser.

Come per tutti gli altri ho chiesto per un euro, mi sono stati prelevati ben 34.99 euro. Non so come fare per chiedere l'immediata sospensione.
Mi date dritte? Si tratta di truffa. Denuncerò.

An absolute scam. I paid £1 to bind a couple of PDFs. I definitely wasn't aware of any sort of subscription until my bank put a stop on a £34.99 payment. I said I didn't recognise the payment but then they told me I'd paid £1 to the same company about 10 days prior and realised it was this. Thankfully my bank has cancelled the payment and any future requests so I feel very fortunate. They did say I ought to try and cancel direct to be sure, but I can see from other reviews that this will be a complete waste of time. I will just have to keep an eye on my account. Please avoid this website at all costs.

I wanted to download a free PDF, but I was asked to pay £1.99 for just a month.I never subscribed to this amount of £34.99 however in two consecutive times £34.99 was deducted from my accounts. You can not even find a lace to cancel such transaction if there is any. They are fraudsters, faceless and all their evil deeds will end them in a grave. Please let us us be vigilant when surfing.

Complete fraud. I paid a one off £1.99 for a test then without agreement I have been charged £34.99 per month.

Please do not use this company it is a scam. I thought I was internet savvy, but obviously not. I did a one off transaction with this company but then a month later they took a £34.99 monthly subscription without me signing any agreement. I tried to cancel the subscription to my card but it was impossible through them. Thankfully my bank came to the rescue. A big lesson learnt.

No paguen nada en esta app. Pagué 1.99 euros por un plan SEMANAL, y ahora me cobraron casi 36 euros por un plan MENSUAL que NUNCA contraté. ¡Esto es una estafa! Así no se hacen las cosas. Reclamen su dinero, es un negocio sucio y deshonesto.
