Ultra Supply Co. Avaliações

The shipments was quick and the product is very good quality but the color of the Apple Watch titanium band is close to Apple Watch color but they do not match. It doesn’t bother me because the titanium band is still beautiful.

Great band everything looks and fits great shipped and delivered quickly

Fast delivery, good product, recommended!

Great product for the price feels premium with out dropping hundreds of dollars. Would recommend. I’ve used it for about 2 weeks.

Great customer service. Stand behind their products 110%

Excellent service ! I ordered a titanium band for my Ultra 2 Apple Watch but did not like the color match of the band to the watch case. The quality of the band was great but I couldn’t get past the color mismatch. I processed a return according to their instructions and was contacted quickly from a customer service agent and promptly helped get a return and refund started. I received acknowledgment of the return and a refund was issued shortly there after. Great job !

Excellent and prompt customer service.

Update: Customer Service near perfect! Sent me a replacement that I am so far very, very happy with.

Thank you so much to technician that didn’t hesitate to solve my problem!

Product Quality.

The link system is quite cool and very effective.

However, there is a link, close to the clasp, that should not be movable as it keeps the whole thing together.

That link is defective on my watch band to the extent that the link falls out, and the watch hits floor!

Imagine your Ultra Watch 2 shattering on the floor, because the link falls out of the watch band.

Great buying experience and product

The ordering part was easy with great visuals and description to see what you would be getting. The actual product looks even better. I liked the packaging and the clear instructions including link to video on how you can adjust the strap length. It was a breeze to do the adjustment. The strap looks extremely good and very professional to wear with an Ultra 2. Looking forward to new designs from Ultra supply.

fast service, item as advertised

The product was as described. The quality was good. Delivery was good. I would do business with them again.

Really nice watch straps for the Apple Ultra range at very reasonable prices.
Being a UK customer I had no problems ordering or receiving the item relatively quickly. Would certainly do business again.
Keep up the good work!

Quick and easy process to purchase products. Delivery was very efficient!

Great product and great customer service.

Really love my new watch band. It completely changes the look of my Apple Watch and makes it feel like a high end watch.

Very nice band and super matching with watch ultra!👍👍👍

Fit and finish were great but would have been best if it come with 22mm wide and other kind of clasps but totally it’s a great band
