As we were travelling around Aust we…

As we were travelling around Aust we appreciated being fitted in on short notice . A standard new car service but pleased a couple of other items were checked as well, one which needed replacing .
Done on time as well, would recommend.

Thanks heaps to the very helpful Team at Ultra Tune Batemans Bay. We needed help with our car and the team stepped up and fixed out our concern for what I consider a very reasonable price. Great value and service.

Never ever using ultra tune in…

Never ever using ultra tune in maryborough qld. Took my vehicle there a month ago now to get a new ICC put in. I had dash lights working etc. My car would not start but had all lights etc so I towed it to be safe upon arrival the mechanic was able to start the vehicle and said it may be the sensor behind the ignition barrel. He changed The ICC then said the new one wouldn't work so put the old one back in. Upon driving home we had no Speedo and nothing on my dash. After getting auto electrician to have a look he said to get the mechanic to fix the problem that he has created as I should not be fixing something that I did not have an issue with prior so I rang and was told he don't want to see my vehicle again and it's not his problem. I'll use the ultra tune in Hervey bay for now on. DO NOT USE MARYBOROUGH STORE IN QLD I SUGGEST HERVEY BAY

I had my brakes done at UltraTune in…

I had my brakes done at UltraTune in 2012 in Cranbourne and it cost $1072 because I was told I needed new rotors. I went there because I was time crunched and the Dealership I normally go to was busy. I was not please but I got it done. Based on information I received later the rotor job was unnecessary and when I queried the dealership they quoted me the same job for less than half the price. That was my first and VERY LAST TIME I went or would go to Ultra "took" my money Tune.

Highly recommended

I only can highly recommend Ultra tune in Belmont. Mr.Jason takes very good care of you and your car. Very polite and very good costumer service I will and come again for sure!

Just had puncture fixed at Ultra Tune, Plenty Rd Mill Park ... pulled out my card to pay and Alex didn't charge me. The job was done immediately. I was flabbergasted. Couldn't believe it. Thank you Alex. I had my car serviced last year here and was more than impressed with the service and comprehensive work done on my car. I overwhelmingly rate this business highly. The guys are hard working and thorough.

Do not use Ultra Tune Booval QLD

Stop ripping off unsuspecting 86 year old female pensioners with additional, unnecessary, services to your fixed price service!. Bill should have been $620 (at most) instead had to pay $1000. (for brake & power steering flush, yeah right!)

Here's a similar experience of someone from the same premises

No Accountability for own mechanical work completed. My 22yo daughter has taken her vehicle here for all her servicing needs. The last visit for a normal service ended up being $1700. Not two days later her vehicle broke down on the Centenary Hwy. RACQ towed the vehicle back to Ultra Tune Booval . After inspection by the team, my daughter was told a cost of $3500 would be required to repair. Obviously this was a shock to her, and not within her budget. After leaving the vehicle there to consider her options [vehicle undriveable], we discovered the team had left the vehicle outside with doors unlocked, and window down. They had no regard for my daughter's vehicle. There has been no accountability for the repair work on the vehicle, and no regard for the vehicle at all. To add insult to injury, the Alloy wheels which are standard for this model were stolen from the carpark of Ultra Tune, and normal wheels with no tread on the tyres were placed there instead. This is extremely poor customer service, and very poor mechanical expertise. Would not use this facility at all, and don't recommend to younger drivers, as Ultra Tune cannot be trusted.

Ultra Tune shepparton

Since more than 1 year I've been to ultra tune shepparton for my car and wouldn't change for any other. I've always got an excellent customer service, quick, easy, flexible and Vikas organise his time for any emergency. I am very satisfied and would recommend Ultra Tune Shepparton without second thoughts.

I took my Mazda CX5 because of a fault light

I took my Mazda CX5 because of a fault light showing up on my dashboard. these guys in Tarneit checked through the device and in 10 minutes told me that we had reset the fault light. I kept asking what is the fault but the lady at the desk couldn't explain properly and kept asking me to pay the first $200. and then after arguing she said the engine oil was overfilled that's why the fault light was appearing and advised to come back if the fault light appears happens again. I took my car to the Mazda dealership for servicing after that and they advised it was a faulty vacuum pump that needs to be fixed or my brake could have failed.

So this Ultra tune ripped you off, didn't try to find and fix the fault, and charged you for doing nothing but spending 10 minutes with a computer device. I strongly won't recommend these guys to anyone.

Safety Concern

Thankfully the guys at Coffs Harbour, NSW were open during the Christmas holidays and were able to take our vehicle after the wrong fuel was put in. Big ups for the communication and explanations.
I don’t generally like to complain but I am making an exception this time in the hope this situation won’t happen to anyone else.
We arrived to pick up the car and upon leaving noted the fuel tank was below empty with the fuel light on. We got to the main intersection with the Highway at a set of lights and just after getting a little way into the intersection the car died. In my mind that is a safety hazard, with potential severe consequences. Thankfully the car started again and we were able to get to a fuel station on the other corner of the highway. If we had needed to travel further it’s very possible we wouldn’t have made it.
I don’t believe mechanics are responsible for putting fuel in my vehicle. However, considering they had had to drain all the fuel as part of the work required, either a phone call to advise that we needed to bring fuel or an extra $10 on top of the over $3000 bill would have been highly preferable, as opposed to running out within a few kilometres.
