I have ordered a genuine "Calf skin leather" boots and shoes from UM Haven online website. I have received the merchandise after 30 days. When opened the cloth bags, it was shocking to see that the shoes are not made of leather. It is synthetic materials. More over, it is of poor quality. The insole is not glued in, Shoes and boots are big on my feet. I followed their size chart and ordered per their recommendation.
I have contacted them by phone, but no answers. Sent email to request a refund with return of incorrect merchandise sold. Their response was to keep the items and they will refund 30% of the price. That is not even the cost of the fake shoes. I insisted on my full refund. Their response was, I need to send it to China and cover the shipping cost. I realized that it is their practice, and advertise 100% guarantee to lure people into the fake sale of 70% discount.
PLEASE DO Not order from this website. You will lose your money and get, if at all unusable products. I wish if I had the option to upload the pictures.

eure Kunden.Wenn ihr nicht in der Lage seid, das Sendungen, die nicht angenommen werden, wieder an euch zurück geschickt werden, wie es bei allen europäischen Firmen wie DHL,UPS, DPD, Trans-O-Flex , Hermes üblich ist habt ihr es auch nicht verdient in Europa zu verkaufen.

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 17th Decmber 2025. `i was informed in the fist place it would be deliaered within day by the seller and carrier. Howerver, I only received it today after 30day waiting,

Absolute rubbish, avoid this company at all costs, shoes are as if they have been designed by aliens that have seen a picture of a shoe, but have no idea how it is supposed to function. No refund no customer service contact a complete scam.

Do not use this company! I ordered a pair with a side-zip fastening. On one shoe the zip undid with in 10 steps. I contacted them asking to send a replacement. They said I could return it (or both) to China at my own expense even though this was a faulty item. We had emails going to and fro and eventually they offered a £30 refund to "pay a cobbler to repair them". I ended up raising a dispute with my credit card company.
Regarding the quality of the shoes, they look good, but feel very thin on the sole making it uncomfortable to walk. DON'T BUY THESE!

Purchase shoes from them; they advertised free returns.
The shoes arrived late, which were described as wide fit, but they were not wide also did not look as advertised.
When I contacted them for a return, their statement
We do not charge for return, but you must pay the courier charge back to us. and offered a partial refund, leaving me well out of pocket to give them back.
I contacted paypal but they found in favour of the seller, stating discription was close.

This Chinese offshore company sold me a product which was of poor quality and not fit for purpose- no uk base, so no redress. I would stay well clear, very cynical, expecting the purchaser to fund the return to CHINA!

I ordered a pair of shoes that looked great, they took the money the day after, I was offered no tracking number, I asked the company for one but they would not reply only to be told that they delivered them 8 days later.
This is a pure scam and they should not be allowed to advertise there products.
Read the reviews and a lot of buyers said the same to avoid this company like the plague.
Just checked my bank account and lo and behold my account has been credited with £46 - 98 the price I paid for the shoes so they deserve credit for acting honourably and giving me a full refund.
Had I not seen the bank personnel this morning who sent an email requesting a full refund i may not have received it, so, my tip is if you if you experience what I went through go and see your bank personnel cos they have a bit of clout and could get favourable results.

Hände weg von UMHaVEN. Die Ware schein in China produziert. Die versprochene Fußgewölbeunterstützung ein Schwindel. Der ursprüngliche Preis ein Phantasiepreis. Der reduzierte Preis für die gelieferten Schuhe eine absolute Frechheit. Habe mich leider täuschen lassen. Was für eine miese Welt mit noch schlechteren.Menschen.....einfach nur traurig

Ich habe Schuhe bei UMHaven bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Als ich die Schuhe erhalten habe, war ich total enttäuscht, weil sie entgegen der Beschreibung des Verkäufers keine Qualitäts-, sondern minderwertige Schuhe sind, die man für ein paar Euro kaufen kann. Ich habe diese Schuhe sofort reklamiert. UMH nahm die Rücknahme an, aber für die Rücksendung gibt es keinen Retourschein und die Rücksendung kostet fast 50 €. Zusätzlich sollte ich ein Zollformular ausfüllen und den Preis deutlich niedriger angeben, als er ist, was ich als nicht rechtskonform empfinde. Ich habe PayPal-Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. Die Schuhe wurden vom Verkäufer über Hermes versendet, doch Hermes nahm dies nicht an. Ich musste zu DHL gehen. Dafür muß ich noch ein Zollformular ausfüllen. Ich habe vom Paypal eine Email erhalten, mit dem HInweis, Da ich die Frist überschritten habe, hat PayPal kurzfristig dem Verkäufer, der mich meiner Ansicht nach durch die unkorrekte Artikelbeschreibung getäuscht hat, Recht gegeben und den Fall abgeschlossen. In einem Telefonat mit Paypal wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Schuhe nicht zurückschicken solle, weil der Verkäufer sein Geld über PayPal erhalten habe und ich in diesem Fall kein Geld mehr vom Verkäufer erhalten werde. Die Vorgehensweise von PayPal ist meines Ansicht nach kundenunfreundlich. Die Aktion bei Paypal sollte somit nicht Käuferschutz, sondern Paypal-regeln heißen.

Very cheap looking shoes, wrong size and nothing like the picture. Despite the same customer they are denying all knowledge of a Ralph Lauren Jacket (fake and two sizes too small) and won't accept return.

Returns to China only so not worth it anyway as the "Free Returns" Policy is BS.

The say they have a free returns policy. In their email they said this concerning it:

thier shoes are disgusting do not buy them mine were in the bin with 5 minutes of them getting here very late waiting nearly 2 weeks for them

Avoid this company. Buyers in UK are not protected by the Consumer Protection Acts and you will have to pay to return unsatisfactory goods to China to get any refund. Caveat emptor!

Inferior quality product, deceitful advertising, illegal selling in the UK due to lack of adherence to the Sale of Goods Act.
This company blatantly ignores the above Act in full knowledge that the consumers are unable to return products to China at a reasonable cost and therefore do not bother to complain.
They should be banned from being allowed to advertise through our websites.

Meine am 26.11.2025 abgegebene Beurteilung muss ich nach zufriedenstellendem Abschluss berichtigen. Inzwischen ist die geforderte Erstattung eingegangen. Nach dem in diesem Zusammenhang geführten Schriftverkehr kann ich UMHaven als seriös und empfehlenswert mitteilen.

The shoes are awful, and nothing like the pictures they look cheaply made and not able to withstand any duration or weather conditions. What's worse is that you can only return the item back to China (where they come from, despite being shipped to you from a UK warehouse) and so that negates the thought of a return and a refund as you have to pay custom charges on top of postage. What are a truly dreadful pair of expensive shoes at £70 now have a returns postage cost of £22 meaning its not worth the return. Anyone else avoid, anyone else in the same situation sell them on!

If I could give no stars I would.
You charged me £46.00 for a pair of size 10 poor quality shoes.. errr. I am a woman with small feet size 3 uk size… no way would I order size 10.
You have put me off shopping on line.
I cannot afford to be ripped off like this.
