I was asked to fill out a return type form, which I did, and in the end I was told to pay $5 (refundable) for the service buy in the fine print it indicated the $5 but at the same time a $65 charge payable today for a one month subscription which could be cancelled at any time but billed automatically. What a scam of a company. My husband placed an order for a torch lighter after seeing a video about it that said it was usb-charge electric. After ordering, he found out it was going to show up as a butane lighter (as other reviews have noted).

There was no way to cancel the order online. We called the phone number. The first time, an AI answered and just said it would text him a link about the order, and the link just showed the order but you couldn't do anything. Second and third calls auto-hung up. Fourth call finally got a phone message with the companies name and an actual person answered who helped him cancel it.

Turns out the buy this crap off of Aliexpress for cheap, and then make up some AI video about how good they are, with false info about it, and then send you the crap product after marking it WAY up.

When he finally spoke to a person, they offered him 50% off to keep the order (like others have mentioned) which would still net them a bunch of money. Um, no.

Also - the website says they're in Wyomin gbut they are actually in the Phillipines.

RUN AWAY!

Unbindgear drone

Received the Unbindgear drone. What can I say. Total garbage!!! I'll start with the manual. Translated from Chinese, it is useless. No sentences make sense, that's it. Took a picture with the camera; I can take a better quality picture with a 20 year old Flip phone. Now to the drone...It wouldn't fly if you threw it from a plane. POS is the best I can say. Bought it for a kid, however it's so bad I could not get it to fly. My other drones laughed at the poor quality. Fully charged, the batteries would die after 4 min. That was it, with both batteries. A reputable company would not sell this garbage. Then, tried to initiate a return and gave up trying to get a person. You say it can be returned??? Maybe I should use it for skeet shooting instead. Customer service is non existent. So, basically I feel like I've been ripped off. 1 star is generous for this garbage.

I was robbed by unbindgear

First of all in your tell is more about your experience, you done in good business consciousness say . "What went wrong this time" that phrase right let's every single customer know that you view them with distain. So thank you for that. Oh and by the way that hunk of junk lighter you sold me was not what I ordered. I ordered the plasma one that you advertised doesnt use fuel because you plug it in , its electric. You lied and took my money full well knowing you where stealing from me. I read the reviews and how like the cheap com man you are you try to schmooze it over. I want my money back. And I'm giving the lighter to the Washington State attorney generals office. They do a lot with consumer fraud. I want my money back.

I don't know how they did this but OMG!! So, I placed an order #325747 on my husband's tablet using my email and number. Within 30mins I started getting notifications about multiple orders that used his email and number #325814, #325721 and #325961. I have been trying for hours thru their website to cancel all of these orders, to no avail. Here it is now 3:30am I stumbled into these reviews so even the one I attempted needs to be canceled. I won't NOTHING BUT MY 300$ from these scammers!! My account is now overdrawn, I know I won't sleep but I'm going to bed. I will have to try again tomorrow during business hours. Man, do I feel stupid!!!

Unbind gear out of Casper Wyoming is an unmitigated complete disaster The website doesn't work there's little to no customer service when I made my order I ended up with eight other orders I did make charges and only two refunds all over my bank account which turned into an absolute disaster had to turn off my card because they kept trying to charge it over and over again Do not deal with this company you'll be sorry as I am Oh and by the way I never did get a plasma torch I did get a whole bunch of other bullshit that I didn't want and didn't order! I ordered one alleged plasma torch and ended up with everything but the torch and charges everywhere and no torch!

This is absolutely 💯 not worth the money and a rip-off. I purchased the Torch as it said it was a plasma Torch that was rechargeable,it is not! I have plenty of butane lighters as im in the electronics buisness. Also I was interested in trying just one "Plasma, electric torch" and for some reason I was sent 2 and charged for 2!! I will be sending these back. I gave it 2 stars because it did arrive quickly and as a butane torch its actually fairly nice,just not what was described or at all worth the cost!DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM AND BE CAUTIOUS OF ANY OF THERE ITEMS". Also be sure they do not send you 2 of the items and charge you double, wish I would have seen these reviews and there rating as I would NOT have used this company.

I responded to a promotion for the Piezoelectric torch

I responded to a promotion for the Piezoelectric lighter/torch and just like the rest of you, I was scammed with an oversize butane lighter that leaks when Butane is loaded.
I sent an email to them requesting the correct item, which I now know does not exist, or a refund - I got a form letter back with no linkage to my order or issue.
I opened a ticket with Paypal who is refunding my money and will then get theirs back directly or via litigation.
They are fraudulent and per all of the other experiences here, repeatedly so - so it is deliberate.

I wish I had checked on this site before I ordered.

Their 4k drone is a toy. No, a toy would not be $99.00. Do yourself a favor. You can get a better drone from Temu at 20%of thecost. One of the worst purchases online I have made.

Lighter advertised is not what you will receive, don't order it, save your money!

I also ordered this plasma lighter from unbindgear, and received a lookalike regular butane lighter, and what a ripoff, and why do this to people considering the price was $48.95, which is too much for a butane lighter that didn't even have any butane in it! I did not want a regular lighter, I wanted what was advertised, and I have the advertisement on my phone, that shows and tells everything on what was being sold through this offer, and not screenshot, but seperate on my phone for proof.
I also have my order receipt, that they sent me, and order number. I will never order from unbindgear again, and I would highly encourage others to stear clear from them as well, because you will not receive what you pay for!

Torch advertised to operate on plasma, misrepresented

purchased the torch advertised to operate without butane and work with plasma flame. unfortunately, this was a misrepresentation and was just a butane torch. If you are reading this review then it is already to late and they have ripped you off. I too was charged for their Unbindgear Reward of $9.99 after not checking their box and completing the sale of an air pump. After demanding that they remove this charge and to cancel my entire purchase I made on a Sunday. Of course thecompany could not ship my pump w/USPS on Sunday, but they said they did so I could not cancel prior to shipment. Claire Hernandez is Rep that I dealt with and was cordial, but still not helpful. This company sells no name junk from China w/no brand names or companies you could check. Will be returning my crappy pump and freezing my payment through my credit card company. I suggest you do the same to help put them out of business.

Not right description.

The product was not as described, it was a cheap version from China, cannot adjust the flame, when ordering, more options are added because website is very vague. Wasted my money, threw in the garbage. Lesson learned the hardway!

I ordered an item and they added extras with no cancel option

I ordered an item, they added several more with opt-in pre-selected but the opt-out check box was very small and in a gray hard-to-see font so I missed one and it ended up on my order... and there was no option to edit or cancel my order. I hunted around and found a customer service email address (should be obvious, also no phone #) and told them to cancel. They shipped before responding the cancel email but later emailed me to write REFUSED on the unopened package and return to the post office which I did. Hopefully I will get a refund. Never shopping with them again, they lost my trust.

My father purchased a drone through…

My father purchased a drone through them and got a completely different and significantly worse drone. The receipt has the drone ordered on it but not the one shipped. He was able to contact someone from the company fairly quickly, but they they claimed they do not have that particular drone in stock (just looked it up and it still shows on the store) and then they refunded half his money but he cannot contact anyone to return the faulty product. The drone he has only lasts 5 minutes before the battery dies. They are absolutely awful. My previous consideration for purchasing a drone through them is gone. Confirmation# 279472
