No order security

Company must not have any security against fraudulent orders. Got a email early in the morning after my credit sard was used fraudulently to order a pair of shoes to be shipped to me in my temporary location. Contacted American Express immediately and the canceled my card and said there were two other orders using my card to Undefeated. Contacted Customer Service immediately before they opened in
California to request that orders not be shipped and my request was ignored. When items were shipped the day I requested them not to be shipped I used the UPS tracking numbers and asked Customer Service to call back the shipments and again I was ignored. I refused two UPS deliveries and sent back the packages. One order was delivered to my name and address 100 miles away from mine. All customer request can only be made by email and seems to be answered by computer using AI and not a person. I never ordered anything from this company and don't understand why anyone would.

Also due to having a non existent customer support team they rarely respond to issues,
Would NOT recommend buying with this company online only in store …

If I can give 0 stars I would this website is horrible how do you do a raffle and then wait a whole month to send sneakers out still haven’t gotten my sneakers yet and then when I asked for my money back before the sneakers was even sent out they refuse I will never order a pair of sneakers from these people ever again it’s horrible and a bad way to do business

No loyalty allows bots. Only let's resellers win.

Im gonna put this out there till people catch on. Undefeated has no loyalty to return customers. They outsourced all the Undefeated 4s to resellers for a kick back. I watched 10 resellers hit 35 pair combined to sell at $700 each. But 3 days after the draw had selected winners i get a message saying I lost. Complete trash. I've shopped here for years. Not so much lately because every raffle , I lose. But people that would never wear Undefeated get to win the raffle. Complete joke. I wrote nike about my experience like I did with a ma maniere. The was outsourcing to resellers and I got them caught. And the owner bout lost his business. What happened to reward programs and first come first serve? Its messed up cause the resellers even get the kids sizes. So if u want them for your kid. It'll be $600 or more. Ill be reviewing everyday till I get a response from the Undefeated staff about the inquiries I sent in. Im tired of hearing oh u was selected. Tough luck. I wanna know how resellers hit everytime. I got the video of them all hitting back to back from doing ip swaps and putting in 30 times. Just a scamming app. Beware

On July 10th

On July 10th, I picked up my parcel from Staples and opened it in my car. At first, I didn’t notice that one item from my order was missing. I discarded the parcel packaging right away. Later, when I got home, I suddenly realized that I had ordered three items, not two. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue.

Beth S. responded to my inquiry and asked me to provide a photo of the packing slip. Unfortunately, as I had already discarded the packaging, I was unable to do so. I explained this to her and suggested that she check with the shipping department or the delivery company to verify the parcel’s weight or other relevant details.

However, instead of trying to help solve the issue, her responses felt dismissive and accusatory. I felt that I was being judged rather than assisted. As an international student, this is my first time encountering such a situation, and I expected support and guidance from your customer service—not added stress.

Terrible!!…placed an order on May…

Terrible!!…placed an order on May 20th..its July 10 now and i have not recieved my order nor have I been able to talk to anyone just an automated email response telling me it is scheduled for the end of the week…no refund, not even any more communication i guess I got hustled for $150…DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

Horrible staffs horrible experience don’t shop from them!!
I bought a pair of shoes in their NYC store on Kenmare st on may 19th. And the staff was not nice at all, they don’t greet you when you get in, and there is just an overall weird vibe in there, I didn’t think much of it at first and found a pair of shoes I liked and bought them. The next day I realized they gave me a size half to small, so I went back to the store immediately to exchange them, the same staff was there and they were so unbelievably rude, again no hello, no smiling no knowledge of any nice customer service at all, very condescending and not apologetic at all. They told me I couldn’t exchange them because “they were to worn”, THEY WERE BRAND NEW, I had only tried them in the store and at home, they could have been just wiped underneath if anything, but there wasn’t a scratch on them. Worst expierence shopping in any store of my life, I left the store with no help at all. You should never buy anything from them or support them. And the company should look into the way they treat customers that use their hard earned money in their store.

Horrible Communication

I placed an order for a birthday gift 01/10 and prior to that, I checked the site multiple times to make sure it was in stock. I didn’t see any movement so I emailed them and was told twice the item was in fulfillment and shipping soon. Over 10 days later I emailed them again to be told the same thing and immediately be emailed a refund completion. It wasn’t until an hour later they emailed and said they cancelled my order because it was out of stock…All they told me was to place another order and they’d refund me for the shipping.

Placed an order over Black Friday weekend only to have it cancelled a few minutes after. I have sent countless messages regarding the issue to undefeated by way of their contact portal with no help. Seems like an automated response rather than an actual person. I would suggest to anybody shopping online to not place an order with this company or support them any further.

Borderline scam.

Ive never had as many issues with my order as I've had with Undefeated. Their customer service is basically there just to tell you that they can't do anything. No matter what your issue is, dont harbor any hope that they will assist you. Absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order for a pair of shoes and after i went through my paypal payment window it showed two duplicate orders. I messaged them the next minute to cancel one of them. As you may have guessed they said:"theres nothing we can do". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Scam Return Policy

Purchased a pair of Nike Dunk Lows from the local store in Phoenix and they were a little too big. I had worn them for a grand total of about 20 minutes, but according to the store because I did that I couldn't exchange them for the smaller pair. Now mind you the receipt explicitly states the shoes can be returned within 7 days so long as you have the receipt and they're returned in the "original condition". But they're clean and look the same as when I got them, but the store continued to tell me no and find reasons why I couldn't return them. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank in order to get my money back since they chose not to allow me to do a simple swap.

Jodan 1 Mid SE

Got a pair of Jodan 1 Mid SE. Shoes were everything they were supposed to be. Came in reasonable time. I believe it was a total 6 days to make it to me in the midwest. (Came a day earlier than originally expected). I will Def use them again. I'm use to the Nike app so paying shipping wasn't expected at first but i can live with it.

Scammers

Scammers. I got a "Thank You" for my purchase email. It included a link to track the order (dead) and one to go to their web site (dead). Never got a shipping notice at all in the 8 days since the order. Never do business here. Nobody but thieves and scammers here.
