Undefeated canceled my order for the Jordan 4 Oreos without any notice and they have not responded to any of my emails. They allow botters to constantly checkout but for people who just want a pair for personal, they will cancel your order.

I purchased a pair of yeezy 700
I purchased a pair of yeezy 700, I got confirmation email for purchase and immediately after they canceled my order. I logged into my account and it said my shoes were canceled due to fraud. Undefeated doesn’t have a direct customer service number so I had to email them. I emailed them a copy of my ID, the debit card I used as well as an utility bill and I still haven’t received an email back. This happened this past weekend. I think it’s totally unfair that they could let such a thing happen without verifying whether or not it was in fact fraud.
