I mean, this is now the second time I’ve tried to order something from their website, and the product has never managed to be delivered to me instead, it always gets sent back. It’s hard for me to believe that it’s the logistics company (DHL), since I received products from a different brand on the same day the UA order should’ve arrived (also via DHL). I’ll be reimbursed now, hopefully without any issues, but yeah… I won’t be buying anything from their website anymore. I don’t see the point; it’s just a hassle at this stage.

Marque de très mauvaise qualité. J’ai eu trois paire de running les trois paires se sont déchirées sur les côtés. La dernière paire a tenu deux mois avant que les deux côtés ne se déchirent. Under armor c’est fini définitivement. N’achetez pas cette m€rde!

I ordered a product yesterday and for some reason the delivery confirmation email is delivering to completely the wrong address. I am trying to contact them via the support form which won't send and live chat which won't work either. I am starting to believe this is a scam website.

Meget tilfreds med både tøj, levering og returnering. Har købt derfra flere gang og har ingen problem haft.

Ordered two pairs of sneakers, quality and materials were awful and size is small af - short and tight, not real EU size.
Return is thru dropdown adress and only with courier, costed me extra 15EUR. After one month still haven't recieved moneyback.

Grundsätzlich sind die Produkte in Ordnung. Leider funktioniert der Versand nach Deutschland nicht so gut. Habe auf der Webseite bestellt und 10 Euro für Expressversand bezahlt. Das erste Ärgernis war, dass das Paket später ankommen sollte als versprochen. Plötzlich sollte ich bei DHL mein Ausweisdokument hochladen, was mit sehr unseriös erschien. Plötzlich bekam ich die Nachricht, dass mein Paket wieder auf dem Weg zurück in die Niederlande sei, obwohl ich dies nie storniert hatte. Habe das Geld zwar schnell zurück bekommen, die Versandgebühren aber nicht.

I am a returning customer, but for the last time. I love your products, but your customer service is the worse ever. There is nothing they can help with, I have been waiting for 4 days now for my delivery, it should have arrived 2. december, I am still waiting. And your "customer service" cant help with answers. This is not at all what to expect from such a wellknown brand as Under Amour. Bye bye Under Armour

Tried to contact via their web site on a product issue with golf shoes bought from a retailer that has failed at 15 months with limited use and they responded with they only deal with those buy direct from the web site.
the product is clear not fit for use and you should be able to report this to the company.
a brush off on sub standard product that looks like they are made with built in obsolesence

Ordered 2 pairs of slides (in Denmark) and received them within 2 days. Good quality and comfortable slides. I wasn't sure if I should order here, due to the bad reviews on Trustpilot, but I'm glad I did. All in all great service.

Review for the sport shoes from underarmour.eu: The shoes are absolutely top-notch, made of good material, and high quality. Although delivery may have taken a bit longer, it was definitely worth the wait. To those who had negative experiences, I'm not sure what your specific situation was, but I am extremely satisfied. I am from Slovenia, if that matters. Over all once more I am very pleased with the Under Armour brand and will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

Hanno chiuso prima dell'orario di chiusura... cosi facendo hanno fatto in modo di non poter comprare il regalo per mio papà ( UA castel romano il giorno 16/12/2023) da vergognarsi. Comunicandoci anche attraverso il vetro con gesti di negazione all'apertura dello stesso store

Jeg prøvede at købe en del tøj under cyber monday, men deres system ville ikke tillade et køb. Da jeg prøvede at få kontakt til support ville/kunne de ikke løse problemet over livechat og efter 2 uger har de stadig ikke løst det.

Man betaler for hurtigt shipping, men der sker ikke noget samt det er umuligt at få fat i nogen der kan hjælpe.

Nu står jeg tilbage med at have betalt for dyr shipping uden levering eller måde at kontakte dem på

Très très mauvaise qualité des matériaux des vêtements ça ne vaut rien!! décoloration des vêtements prématuré, logos de la marque qui se dechire, short mal taillé une jambe plus large que l'autre bref à 50euros le short et 70euros le sweat la qualité n'est pas au rdv c'est de la gross ****

La qualité est minable médiocre que dire de plus les vêtements se deteignent directement au soleil les logos de la marque se craquent au niveau des coudes après avoir porté un
Pull deux ou trois fois les coudes sont déja tout patinés ce qui en dit long sur la
Qualitè des vêtements non bref je ne conseille vraiment pas cest du trés trés bas de gamme tapez dans du nike plutôt ou adidas. Cordialement

Fraud company. Do not in any way order anything here. The charge you credit card and newer sends items. Ordered beginning March, charged credit directly and never send items. 120 euro lost. Support not replying. Simply Fraud.
