Ordered over £250 worth of items online in a sale. Returned using their supplied label.. after a week i’d not heard anything but googled it and it said it usually takes 14 days but to allow 21 days during busy periods.
Still no refund, when I checked the tracking number it said it was still where I dropped it off. Contacted them and they’re refusing to assist even though it was their supplied label.. completely ignoring consumer rights act

I will not be buying from Under armour again, especially now I know that I am not the only customer to have had this experience. My refund of almost £200 was 'lost in transit' by the courier, despite receiving an email from Under armour that they had received my refund and would send my money back in 3 days (6 weeks ago), and so Under armour now refuse to send me my money back. I have had to raise a claim through the bank, and have now been almost £200 out of pocket for 6 weeks and counting. Under armour were slow to respond to my complaint and had a complete lack of consideration to keep a loyal customer.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Under Armour’s "60-day free returns" policy is completely worthless if they refuse to honour the law. I returned two pairs of shoes (£143.96) via their provided pre-paid DHL returns label (Ref: JJD14...2130). Despite a valid Proof of Postage and a formal admission of loss from DHL, support refuses to refund.
They claim the parcel was "0kg," yet the public DHL tracking explicitly records a weight of 4.03kg. They are using factually incorrect data to deny a legal refund. This is a direct breach of Regulation 34(5) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
I have now initiated a Chargeback via Tesco Bank and issued a formal Letter Before Action to their London office. If you value your money and your consumer rights, do not trust their "free returns" guarantee. Disgraceful service.
I'm baffled that Underarmour went…
I'm baffled that Underarmour went through the trouble of sending out a known defective product. (Trainers were clearly damaged) Wish I read the reviews on here before ordering. Lets see if I manage to get a refund. I do enjoy wasting my time sorting out returns.
DHL delivery got refused, No refund.
My DHL delivery Service point got refused so I had to contact UA customer service. The agent I spoke with said he would offer me a full refund and send me an email confirmation. One week later I have not heard anything from them. Had to go through PayPal to get my refund. Crazy company.

I sent a return via a shop with DHL. The shop scanned it and took my parcel. Three weeks later no refund. Customer service admit it WAS scanned at the shop but they cannot refund me because it seems to have been lost in the system.
This is a joke of a company. They really need to get modern systems in place and have accountability. Now I have to go via my bank to claim a refund.
Don't use online
As everyone seems to be saying, issues with order. Was meant to be here days ago. DHL saying "delayed, please contact seller." I have raised a ticket but, no one has got back to me. Will not be using again. You would think this was a company being run out of someone's living room not the massive brand that is Under Armour.

Having returned my order via the DHL process they will not process my refund as they state it was never collected by DHL. This is despite the fact I have provided the proof including screenshot from the collection locations DHL device. £100 worth of refund owed. Like others I’m having to contact my bank. Disgraceful service that you’d expect from scammers rather than a big brand like this.

I’d placed an order for a skort and a skin t shirt as they were in the sale and THEN looked at TrustPilot reviews. I was then really worried if they’d arrive, if I’d get the right product, what would happen if I needed to return an item… I ordered Sunday night, my items were dispatched Tueaday and arrived Wednesday. Items are as ordered, fit nicely, packaged well and shipping was super speedy. Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones, I don’t know, but I’ve got no complaints.

Avoid at all costs. Tried to invalidate my statutory rights to a refund. Returned goods which were then lost by DHL. Under Armour have denied me a refund despite me having a receipt showing I dropped it off. Now taking up with my bank. Will never use again.
Worst Durability
I have disappointed with the quality of my Under Armour trainers. Despite owning several pairs of shoes from brands like New Balance, Nike, and Asics some of which I have used for over 4 years without issue this pair of UA trainers has failed prematurely.
I have owned these for two years, but they are strictly part of a seasonal rotation. I only wear them during the Autumn months and, even then, only occasionally. Despite this very light usage, the shoes are already showing significant wear and tear. Looking at the condition of the soles and the upper material, it is clear they have been "barely worn," yet the structural integrity is failing.
Key Issues:
Lack of Longevity: The materials have worn out far quicker than industry standards.
Poor Value: For a premium price point, I expected them to last as long as my other trainers.
Quality Gap: Compared to my New Balance and Asics pairs, the build quality of Under Armour seems significantly inferior.
I expected much better from Under Armour. Based on this experience, it is difficult to justify purchasing another pair when other brands offer much better durability for the same price.
Cancelled my order because I bought too much!!
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from the Under Armour UK website.
I placed a legitimate online order during a sale for over 50 items — all different products — as I do my clothes shopping in bulk once a year. Payment was taken without issue, only for me to receive an email the following day saying my entire order had been cancelled because I had “purchased too many items”.
This was never flagged at checkout, there were no limits stated, and nothing about the order suggested it was unreasonable or against any terms. Cancelling a paid order after the fact for this reason is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I then had to chase Under Armour to actually get my refund processed, which added further frustration.
In the end, I placed an even larger order through Sports Direct instead — without any issues at all.
Poor communication, poor customer experience, and not how you expect a major brand to treat genuine customers. I won’t be ordering directly from Under Armour again.

I wish I had read the reviews here before placing my order with them. I would give them zero stars if I could. Order placed on 29th November and confirmation received. Like others I received an email from Under Armour and DHL saying that it has been shipped to my local Londis for collection. Not received anything to say it was ever delivered. The tracking says its still out for delivery. I went to my local Londis who have not received it. I raised a query with UnderArmour on 24th December and not had a response. This was a Christmas present for my nephew. These people are crooks and should hang there heads in shame. Disgusting company. I would advise everyone to avoid.

Made an order on the 25th of November - was told it was out for delivery on the 27th of November with DHL.
Items haven't arrived. I have requested help from the website with no response.
Tracking shows the items are in a depot.

Charged for order that wasn't delivered
Shocking customer service! Took nearly a week to reply after I raised concerns about a delivery that never arrived. DHL claimed that I had received it and sent a photo of a parcel outside a different house. Under Armour told me that I had to contact DHL about it. This is a clear breach of consumer and contract law. The website seems to be crashed permanently and I am reading reports that Under Armour were hacked in November and may be about to go bankrupt. This might explain why there are so many complaints about them. I am absolutely appalled that they are still taking money from customers and not delivering the goods that were paid for. This is nothing short of criminal. I will never buy Under Armour goods again.

Absolutely terrible;product material cheap and thin customer service worst I’ve encountered avoid if you want professional service and quality, still waiting for refund 4 weeks after return. I filled a review on the website and they wouldn’t publish as it criticised the product and service!!! No refund 1 month later. Never use again!
Don’t bother with this company
Placed an order that was dispatched the following day to DHL for delivery to my local parcel shop. Tracking then failed to change. Query raised with Under Armour and acknowledgement received. Parcel shop confirmed no package received and 3 days later item was returned by DHL to Under Armour. Still no reply from them. This was a birthday gift, so I am without the order and the money I spent. Appalling customer service - avoid at all costs!
