Omdat ik op mijn emails geen antwoord krijg, probeer ik het op deze manier: mijn bralette is na 2x gedragen al kapot: de naad tussen de cups laat los. Ik heb 2x een email gestuurd naar de klantenservice maar nog geen antwoord gekregen. Het gaat om ordernummer 35333

Hi! I am a fan of Gilda bra and slips. Have many of them. But the white-orangeflowers blouse&shorts set the buttons fall off and the fabric of the buttons came of within one week of wearing them! The fabric is beautiful but i miss two buttons now! (There was one extra). I lost one that came of and one of without fabric. Can you send more buttons??

I’m happy with the product and delivery time, however, using UPS was nog great. Without my decision, the package went to a pick up point (this was not my choice), and the pickup point was not very close or easy to reach. Furthermore, the opening times of the place were only workdays and working hours - very unhandy so only had 4 business days to pick up whilst I was going on vacation. So bottom line, check very carefully what the delivery option is.

Stine and Jeanette were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. They helped me pick out a gorgeous piece to take home to Australia and also gave me some great tips on were to check out in Copenhagen.
