LaTeasha has been great. Very understanding and helpful. However, the text that came in at 4:45am on Saturday morning asking me to write a review wasn’t appreciated.

Brianna, she is super helpful and truly understanding. She has helped many ways so far. She really fights for the advocacy I need. Highly recommended.

Carolina from Understood Care, has been a. complete game changer, in the struggle of Healthcare. Advocating for myself was too much; I was burnt out and nearly lost all patience. My decision to let her advocate for me has been the smartest thing I have done. She has gotten so much done for me. I am very thankful for Understood Care and Carolina!!!

My advocate is amazing. She is hardworking & I truly value her. She has put my mind at ease in this. I am extremely happy to be working with her.

Joanie is fantastic ! She has gone above and beyond for me. I share photos of my plants and projects such as crafts. My advocate Rachel is excellent at what she's doing. Rachel presents a professional demeanor wrapped in a gentle conversational style. Rachel did what she said she was going to do. I feel very comfortable with her

Cecilia is the best advocate that I had the honor of being associated with. She covered the areas that I had planned on covering. After she helped me with those areas she suggested some other area that she can help me with. It turned out that I was trying to cover those areas without trying to have help, that was a big area in whole that she helped me with. My wife told her over the phone that she would like to have a advocate just like her to help my wife.
Cecilia connected my wife to another advocate that was almost (in my opinion) as good as Cecilia.

Shantel is an angel sent down from up above. She is caring, understanding. I enjoy talking to her she listens and does what she can if there is a problem.

Malissa is a very helpful person and caring person. She seems to understand and care about my limitations and try figure out what she can do to help. Sometimes I have to get up to get something from the other side of the room and she says take your time, because I’m kinda slow, I walk with a cane. I really appreciate her kindness telling me if I can think of something I need to say just call. I appreciate everyone I’ve spoken with from this service, Thank you all.

I'm a beginner and don't know how this going to work, but everyone I've dealt with thus far has been really good. I think that Cheyenne and I will work together just fine.

Diamond has been so great with me. Helpfull,keeps in touch. Finds the resources that I need help with close t o me.

Isabel is very invested in my success obtaining the medical equipment I need. She is contacting insurance and doctors for me which is something I am not good at.

I am simply amazed by my experience to date with Torrie, my care advocate. I am in a tight spot as a widow with no income other than my SSI and deteriorating health issues. Torrie is helping me find answers. But it is her very personal concern and detailed questions that have really made the difference and motivated me to keep going forward.

I love talking with Heidi she is very concerned about me and she keeps her word that is very important to me she is an excellent advocate determined to get the job done I’m grateful trust me if she wasn’t truly good at what she does I would be the first to say so we had a great meeting today and I am so thankful

Well we haven't obtained any help yet. Not because of these people but because she has given me many referrals but nobody is willing to help. They don't call you back!!! My caretaker is great and has worked hard. I love her. She is always there when I need her.

I waited yesterday for a call back but never heard from her except for me to answer a few questions in a text

She's very helpful she's very polite she listens she understands me it's great working with her I wish I had more other people I work with to me thoughtful and helpful as she is and listens and don't judge so yes she's very very helpful all right they need more people like her God bless you God bless her and you have a blessed day
