"I placed an order on April 26th and still haven't heard a word. No tracking info and zero response from support. I'm starting to feel scammed. Really disappointed with this service."

Ordering the product that I needed was easy. I did have concerns about shipping but was given a tracking number, in good time, was able to follow it. From beginning to end it was a smooth process.

OTTIMO PRODOTTO BELLA LA STAMPA ANCHE IL TESSUTO è OTTIMO.

I just love my mama bear sweatshirt. It came exactly as ordered and the quality is spot on. I customized it with my children’s names and get so many compliments on how great it looks. Would also make a great gift!

Easy to use website and the customization process was very easy to understand. Excited for the finished product!

It was easy and great value

The one thing I didn't like was I wasn't able to get a final view of my product before buying it. I just have to hope it looks the way I expect it to.

Was very easy and straight forward, to understand what I am buying, plus how easy it was to make the order custom.

More than happy with the quality, design is as advertised.

No delivery timelines, felt a bit dishonest with pricing.

Ordering was easy. No just looking for a ship date!

Wrong item received. Ordered a t shirt and a long sleeved sweatshirt arrived. Emailed and asked for return label and replacement. Was told the item is long sleeved as opposed to the description and photo on the website (of a t shirt) offered 15% discount code. Absolutely laughable, wish I had read the reviews before buying as this appears to be a common issue! Stay well clear of this company

everything on the website and about the ordering process was good and easy but i am concerned because this order is for a birthday gift and i haven’t received any tracking details or updates on my order yet. i ordered a week ago.

I love what I could do to the product... I wish I could have seen it completed to see if I wanted to change anything... Some sites let you see it as you build it

Fantastic fast and easy to use. Product exactly how it was on the ad. Highly recommend

User friendly website, easy to order. Clear instructions.

The sweater showed up much quicker than expected. The quality was wonderful, exactly what I wanted. Only suggestion is to have a mock up on the site when you order. I had to guess, and luckily it was a good one but it would be nice to know before it shows up.

I loved the gift. It was beautiful and arrived in time. I had expected to see a proof or some confirmation that it was coming so I was a little surprised it just showed up, but it was perfect so all was good.

Easy to place order, received in a timely manner and product was exactly as discribed and choosen
