Purchasing process was very easy. Lots of various product choices. If the product is as good as it seems, I’d purchase other items.

Fortunately, it was delivered five days before to our wedding anniversary. It was ordered on March 14 and arrived yesterday, the 26th. I'm really grateful, seller! I adore it 🫶 and am excited for my next buy 😇. God bless.

Not good. Yes, the image itself was high quality but felt like a thick plastic coating. Unwearable. Also, the text on the reverse side was garbage English. I have received unsatisfactory customer service. Find alternative seller.

I ordered my customized pokemon card at the start of February and it arrived today. To be honest I thought I was being robbed because it took so much longer than it should have and I contacted them at least 4 times before the item was finally shipped (and they always gave me vague replies without explaining me the reason of the delay). I’d like to think that I was only being paranoid because of the bad reviews I saw online but a part of me thinks that maybe they simply would’ve ghosted me if I hadn’t been so pushy. Anyway, the card was perfect!!! Good quality just like the videos online. I simply recommend you to use PayPal for the payment and to buy it at least a few months in advance just to be sure it arrives in time.

The final product was amazing and worth the time it took to get to me. The bad part was waiting a month and by then it was way past Valentine's Day. However, I know our postal system and the President's stupid tariffs may have delayed my item

I ordered express shipping in early February for a Valentine’s Day present. I was told by this company that express shipping takes 3-8 business days, which would have fit the timeframe before Valentine’s Day

It took a full month for the gift to arrive, and they refuse an answer or response on a refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an art gallery display case. It was supposed to have human figurines looking at a wall of my framed family pictures; like an art gallery exhibition. What they sent was essentially a dollar store toy box. Bags of little pieces of figurines, tiny framed pictures you could barely see (edges cut off and low-quality pics), double sided tape to sloppily attach everything, and a display case with a surface area that was far too large for the pictures and not nearly deep enough for the figurines. If it had cost $20, it would have been a ripoff. It was $125.

Please do not buy from this company. You will not receive your order in a timely manner. Doesn't matter if you pay extra for express shipping. All emails are answered by the Bot, Flora. At this time, I will be going to my bank to dispute this charge.

Ordered 1st Feb, order still hadn't been dispatched by 7th Feb so cancelled it, was told by Flora I would have my refund within 7 business days on 9th Feb, it's now been 14 days and still no refund.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a t-shirt from them. They sent the wrong one, ive tried to contact them numerous times to send me a label to return the incorrect item and send the one i ordered or give me a refund. They have not had the decency to reply to any of my emails. I am now out of pocket and left with a t-shirt i do not want.

I bought ‘The Day I Found My Missing Piece’ Light Frame. The item is good quality, but honestly, it feels a little overpriced once you receive it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t include any kind of stand at the back, which makes it unstable and prone to falling.
