Very slow customer service and did not receive my order. Not only did my Valentine’s Day gift not arrive in time even though I ordered it over 2 weeks before needing it. I actually never received the package even when Unigifta emailed me about the delivery. I emailed back that it has not come and asked if they could send a pic of where they left it, but no response. I’m going to try to get a refund, but I do not recommend this service if you want your package to come (on time or at all). In addition to not receiving my package, I reached out on 1/31 asking for an update on my 1/18 order, didn’t get a response, then reached out again on 2/3 to finally get an estimate that the package still wouldn’t arrive until after my Valentine’s Day trip.

They don’t advise you how long it takes and their customer service is terrible! I ordered it three weeks and still haven’t been sent! Would advise to not use this service

The card was crafted amazingly. I’m very satisfied with the product!

I sent an email stating that I love the concept, but my item was scratched and the plastic seemed dull on arrival. I just want it replaced. I absolutely love it, just minus the damage.

The product was great. I got the custom Pokémon card for my boyfriend and it came out even better than I had hoped. The only thing is that they don’t send any updates so I very nervous it would take a while to get here or that it wouldn’t come out looking bad. It took 3 weeks to arrive which isn’t bad.

I was a little nervous because of some reviews and negative feedback online. But I gave it a try because the product looked stunning and perfect for my anniversary with husband. And it was some good reviews and possible to pay with PayPal, so I gave it a shot.

It was really worth it. I ordered a custom made Magic the gathering card with our picture for them to animate, chose what it would say, payed extra for acrylic case and stand + vip service (so my product would be prioritised) and vip shipping in case of loss.

I thought vip shipping ment ut would be delivered faster than the normal days delivery, but it did not say that anywhere, so that is on me.

I also was a little sceptical when I had not received any updates on my order after 7 days. And when I found the support too slow to respond on questions, because I was missing the digital product of my order even tho I paid extra for that too, and I saw someone missing out on the digital version they ordered, but was very happy with product.

Conclusion on WHY 4stars:

-I felt like I had to contact PayPal to get information and crossed fingers it was not a scamsite. And be precise about the digital version. (I think it was forgotten on my order, but delivered when asked for/were clear on that I would not pay for missing products).
-I did get all my products within a great timeframe (ordered 25. January and it was at my place 13. February - China to Norway) and husband and I love the result!
-Customer service is slow when compared to other places I have ordered from, but it went great when using PayPal at an early stage, so maybe use them to contact them for faster reply/updates if you are nervous like me :)

It would have been 5stars if I got replied to and gotten updates faster!

The card was really nice. The only thing is, they completely ignored the note that I added regarding the color of the eyes.
And also, very long delivery time. I ordered other two cards with another note. I wanna see if they will look at it, this time.

A unique gift my husband loved! He loved the quality, and overall execution of the gift.

The product came out exactly how I wanted it. My girlfriend absolutely adored it and said it was one of her favorite gifts I've given her. Looks and feels fantastic.
The delivery was over a week later than advertised and customer service is slow to respond, but overall fantastic product. Would get again.

The custom card is adorable, however part of the message I wrote is cute off. That is such a disappointment.

Made me very happy

I love my couples Magic card! It arrived in time for Valentine’s Day, and is just perfect. The only complaint I have is that I paid extra for the option of being sent a photo of my card before shipment, and I never got the photo pre-view. The finished card just showed up. Luckily, it turned out fantastic, so no harm no foul I guess.
