I was hesitant to sign up with Unique Solutions but I am so glad I did!! I had 3 debts that were passed to Lowell debt collectors and now they have been written off because they couldn't provide documents Unique Solutions had requested.
I feel so relieved! Thank you to the whole team!

I signed up with the company after being with step change and never seeing an end to paying off my debt. I spoke to Anthony and within I short conversation I signed up to them promising to sort my debts within 18 months.I paid a monthly installment of only a few pounds more than I was paying step change, and would never of paid off the debt until 2056! I was contacted every few weeks and updated on their progress, always kept informed of any actions made on their behalf , and any reply’s from the creditors. Unique solutions handled everything professionally and swiftly and to my disbelief after only half of the time they’d quoted to sort out my debts, they managed to get the whole debt written off ! I am now completely debt free and all the stress and worry has been taken away, thank you Anthony and the rest of the team for changing and saving my life.

I cant thank Unique Solutions enough! They have written off two of my huge debts, it has taken over a year but worth the wait! I feel so relieved now. They are all are polite and understanding.

I first engaged the services of this company in February 2020 where I was assured that they would manage my debts I had accrued through my business.
After signing up they then informed me that they couldn't manage one of my debts as it related to my business despite being promised they could in order to secure my business. They finally agreed to manage this debt as a 'gesture of goodwill' when in fact it was misrepresented that they would in order to get me to sign the agreement.
Communication has always been poor including their listening skills as I repeatedly told them my working hours and asked them to contact me outside of those as my work environment means I cannot answer the phone, this was ignored as was my request for all contact to be via email so there was a paper trail.

Imagine my surprise when without warning I received court paperwork relating to the debt they were allegedly managing. They have been extremely unhelpful for the past 6 weeks as I have requested all of my file be forwarded to me for court purposes. This was allegedly sent via post but has never arrived, with this matter be time critical they also failed to send it by the required date via email and when this was challenged they are now allegedly going to send it by post again however their response to being challenged is to cancel the direct debit so they are no longer working for me which is absolutely no loss however I was unwilling to do this until I actually receive my file as they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I am now in the process of reporting them to the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitor Regulatory Authority to prevent anyone else being ripped off by these crooks.

There has been no regular email updates and they are proven liars as they have now claimed to have sent all my files as requested twice via courier yet nothing has been received and they have declined to provide proof of posting and seem unconcerned that my highly confidential information is apparently 'lost' in the public domain however they subsequently demanded I fill in a SARS request for the information they have already allegedly sent twice.

They are extremely unprofessional, dishonest and untrustworthy. My busy work hours they refer to is 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday but apparently they cannot update me via phone or email around these hours.

They talk a good job but in reality achieve little, there is no good reason to trust these people right from the misrepresentation to get me to sign the contract through to providing my files for court it has all been lies.

Very productive team and resolved my financial problem

Unique solutions have been wonderful at helping me get my debts under control. The staff are amazing, friendly amd easy to talk to. If you are suffering with financial difficulties I highly recommend that you use this company. They have eased so much of my stress, worries and anxieties. I've had a lot of my debt written off which really helps with my situation.

Really helpful answer emails promptly always at the other end of the phone when needed

So at first was promised debt clearance up
90% talked into the plan so i went on a one year plan cost me £180 a month so after £2160 paid they said you need to pay more because of covid after arguing out with them we agreed i have paid for my service and im not paying more I would be lucky to hear from them once in 3 months if I'm lucky went almost 4 months without hearing from them im currently over 2 and a half years into my one year plan still none the wiser except im £2160 down asked about my options if I can cancel or get a refund nothing at all was told I'd be kept in the loop again haven't heard for weeks after I was the one who initiated contact like every previous time please don't waste your money and go elsewhere im still stuck in the same situation with a damaged credit score after being falsely advised lost money and now more stressed than I ever was

I think Unique Solutions is a good and helpful company but still needs some improvements to achieve 5 stars. Overall, it's great!

stay away! in the beginning i was promised that my debt will be managed professionally, however after nearly two years and 1000 pounds lighter in my finances i found out the F.C.A. do not recognise this company so my debtor was unable to communicate. it was then legal solutions stopped replying to e-mails and phone calls.

I have found Anthony and the team very helpful. They have contacted me regularly and explained things patiently and not hurried. I was recently concerned that I was unable to reach them but found that I had one digit wrong in the number I was trying. I posted a review that I was worried and Kavita(apologies if spelt wrongly) phoned me very promptly and reassured me about all that was going on and gave me the correct phone number. I would recommend this wonderful firm to anybody who needs to sort out their finances .Thankyou to all at Unique Solutions .Jackie

Do not recommend at all, very incompetent and took £450 off me in solicitors fees before i decided to decline their services and sort my financial problem out myself as they were putting me in even more debt. Now £450 I’ll never get back!!

My advisor was excellent explaining everything to me.
