The entire app update was a mess. Initially I could not connect to my scope and eventually rebooted 15 times to clear the network so that I could connect. Bluetooth does not work even in the latest update and it still takes too much time to connect via WiFi

I have an equinox which I bought two and half years ago, but I ended up moving homes and the scope has been in a box for best part of time. Finally got it out to use and the v.3 app wouldn't connect with the scope. Tried everything but no joy so emailed Unistellar. We had a bit of back/forwards on it, but in the end they sent me an SD card with firmware for the scope which I installed upon receipt. Result - scope back up and running and working (so far) well with the app. So thank you Unistellar for helping get this one sorted.

I love my Evscope 2 and I have several very nice other scopes to compare it to. This is super quality and easy to use. And as many other reviews mentioned, customer service is excellent and Anna was wonderful. I really believe she and the team were concerned about making sure I was well served. Well done!!

There were some frustrating problems at the start of the purchase and I was not happy. But Anna at Unistellar took ownership of my concerns, showed me what had happened and then made the purchase process smooth sailing. Customer service of the highest order!

A fantastic telescope, allowing le to see deep nebulas, galaxies of all size with perfect definition, moon, jupiter, saturn, and much more in the deep sky. More of that the Odysee can be carrying in a smal bagpack and take in cabin for fly ! For me the best product i’ve ever seen for a Telescope experience !

Unistellar a mis les moyens dans le relationnel client post vente, ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas. Leur engagement est à souligner.
Ma problématique a été rapidement prise en charge et la communication a été professionnelle, fluide et suivie avec Samy (pour ne pas le citer). La résolution parfaite, ce qui me permet d'utiliser à nouveau mon Evscope 1 ! Merci et bravo

Le service à la clientèle est excellent. Réponse à ma requête en dedans de 24 heures, personnel courtois et instructions très claires pour résoudre mon problème.

My evscope is now a £4,000 doorstop as Unistellar introduced DDT to their processing which effectively renders the scope unusable for further processing of images . Look at any of the Facebook pages for lists of complaints and Unistellar refusing to address the issue. If you want a smart scope then do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
Just a footnote. Unistellar have been in touch. Their response has been positive and hopefully in the not too distant future my conemcerns will be addressed . I’ll post another review at a later date .

I received my scope, read the manual, and tried to power it on. No response and it is supposed to arrive charged. I tried multiple times to get the battery charged to no avail. I contacted support and was promptly in touch with Samy. He was excellent and very prompt in responding and obtaining results. I had a mail voucher quickly and sent it out to tech services for repair. I did get it back quickly and in working order. It arrived back without the protective cap and they promptly sent me a new one. I also asked for an updated warranty and applied to the date of return after the service on the scope. This was done without any questions. So I am very pleased with the service support. I have not used it yet but did get the unit and phone wifi/bluetooth operating without any trouble.

Cela fait deux fois que une erreur de manipulation de ma part me fait contacter le service de SAV d'Unistellar qui est toujours à l'écoute et trouve rapidement une solution au problème. On sent les passionnés.

I ordered telescope by mistake. Long story... But Samy and Unistellar let me return it, no questions asked. I'm not recommending this approach, but I soon will be buying an EVScope!

Astronome amateur depuis l'adolescence, mes activités ne me permettait pas d'observer autant que je l'aurais souhaité.
J'ai suivi la mise en production de l'Evscope 1 et j'était très intéressé mais rebuté par le prix.
J'ai acquis l'Equinox 2 grâce a la grosse remise de Black F.
Et je ne regrette vraiment pas, je n'ai jamais autant sorti un télescope, directement depuis mon jardin, grâce a lui j'ai approfondi le traitement des images brutes.
Oui, c'est un bon instrument pour les débutant mais aussi pour les AM expérimenté.
Très bon point pour leur support qui est a l'écoute et répond rapidement a toute les questions relatives à l'usage.
Je suis vraiment très satisfait de mon achat.

Cherchant désespérément à identifier la mystérieuse Sirius B auprès de sa géante grande soeur, j'ai questionné le service client une fois encore (pour une question fort naïve, certes, mais je débute...). Photo et graphique à l'appui, il m'avait semblé comprendre que Sirius B était plus visible car au périastre en 2023 (avec une période de 50 ans, je ne serai plus là pour le prochain...). La réponse fut immédiate, convaincante et m'a ravi.
Mon premier contact avec le service client datait de mon acquisition de l'eVscope 1 à La Réunion l'année dernière et concernait un problème de collimation que je n'arrivais pas à résoudre (miroir trop serré mais que le SAV local corrigea très vite après avis de vos experts qui regardèrent de près mes photos).
A l'occasion de ces deux expériences, la célérité et la pertinence des réponses du service client en ligne m'ont vraiment impressionné.
Je rêve d'une telle qualité d'écoute (et de réponse!) sur d'autres plateforme en ligne.
J'ai juste hâte d'acquérir l'eVscope 3, le 4 -et pourquoi pas le 5- avant de suivre Hubert Reeves parmi ses poussières d'étoiles...
Bien à vous depuis le magnifique ciel austral de La Réunion ;-)

I had an error with the startup process, with the Equinox2 freezing during startup. The team not only responded quickly, they sent a shipping label fast so I could ship back, fixed the problem quickly, and were in constant contact during the entire support. The support felt very personable, almost like they were personallly aware of my issue and helping me fix it step by step. Problem was resolved, and I have the Equinox 2 back and am processing new images.

For me it is important that people know that in addition to the UNISTELLAR ESCAPEv2 being EXCEPTIONAL and FANTASTIC as a product, the assistance of the Technical Support operators is also EXCEPTIONAL and FANTASTIC. Great competence, kindness, speed and availability for every request!!!!
