What made their service exceptional was their ability to assist me during a time-sensitive situation. Not only did they secure insurance for my house, but they also helped me save money on my auto insurance. Their friendly and professional team went above and beyond to support me in my time of need. This level of quality is what we should expect from any company, and I'm grateful to have made the switch.

Guys I think unity link is having liquidity challenges. You send money and 24 hours it is still processing without any feedback. Guys use different app don’t say I didn’t warn you now…

Never use this service they are unprofessional,I never give reviews but this company has withheld my money for over two weeks without sending it or refunding,I have called them severally and was told 14 working days which ends tomorrow……

Transaction ID 444MB6363119746 £567. 00 .should be refunded straight away into my account. I cannot wait for 2wks to pay my son's fees in Ghana. They think, they work there so they have authority over your money. One will phone you 7pm to 8pm that,they couldn't send it and it will be refunded in 14 days. When it's like that, they will send you email without a name. This is stealing.

Never use this service. Second time I’m sending money with them in 2025 and having to go through the customer service due to delays. Most recent transaction to ghana sent on 31st October 2025 and still hasn’t been processed as at 7th November. You are better off using other apps like TAPTAP send which has already processed 3 payments of mind to Ghana taking just seconds to reflect . If anything from Unity link sees the need to discuss this issue although I’ve already complained twice already, 244MB8461896620

Unity link money transfer is better but just now I don't understand why anytime you open the app to make transactions they would ask you confirmation code and not once but all the time sometimes they can ask me to put my pin code to confirm before I send money so I have hold on to their transaction thank you

Unity Link can't access funds

My previous ten attempts that I have made to transfer funds using Unity Link have been unsuccessful. Once I put in my bank details and they start the process to contact the bank, I immediately get notification that they cannot access my funds. On all those occasions, I managed to complete the transactions on another service provider's platform using the same card. I have contacted Unity Link, but they don't seem to have a clue about what is going on. The service that I don't receive from them doesn't bother me because there are a couple of equally good competitors around. I am just curious to understand why I am experiencing those issues on the Unity Link platform. I often chat to them after a failed attempt, and they never seem to have a record of my previous chats and the subject of those chats. They only focus on the current transfer which makes it very frustrating. I have given this score because they have not been able to help address the issue.

Unity link is gradually becoming fraudsters, I have sent money since 5 days now and the money has not been paid

They give the best rates.

However you don't have the ability to authenticate your app access via email. Always has to be an sms message.

When I am abroad, this means I incur extra mobile charges when I have to send mobile money to someone in Ghana.

In these days of modern technology email authentication should be an option.

Bad experience I'm having with Unitylink,I send money to my family since 9th June 2025 but they have not received the payment, when you call customer service they are not telling you why the money is locked, only thing they will say it ,they will find out
why and call you back and that is it and they never will call back ,poor service 🤔 😭😭😭

Your money transfer is quicker than the rest,your rate is one of the best, overall your company is well to do with.

I wouldn’t recommend UnityLink to anyone. My friend sent money through them, and they held the funds for over a week without reason, even after she submitted all requested documents. Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, and they refused to issue a quick refund. Avoid this service for your own good!

I sent money to Ghana via UnityLink on 19/03/2025. The amount was deducted from my account immediately, and the app showed the status as “processing.” After waiting for some time, I called them to find out why the money hadn’t reached the recipient. They informed me that they required additional verification and would send me an email.

Realising this could take a while—and since the money was for an emergency—I asked them to cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Since then, I’ve been chasing them, making countless calls, but nothing has been resolved. The service is terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s the worst I’ve ever used—a truly bad experience. It’s been 8 working days now.

I had a terrible experience with UnityLink. I sent money using their service, but they seized my funds for over six days, claiming they needed additional documents. I provided everything they requested, including my ID, bank statement, payslip, and authorization letter, yet they kept delaying with no proper updates.

Their customer service is extremely poor – all I received was an automated response saying my case was “escalated,” but no action was taken. I requested a refund, and even that has been delayed without any clear resolution.

If you value reliable and transparent money transfers, avoid UnityLink at all costs. I will be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and FCA for their unprofessional handling of my funds.

Do yourself a favor and use a more trustworthy service.

it is a scam, the take your money and reinvest it in other things rather than send it to the person whom you are sending the money.

Average transfer time for mobile money is 30 days with lot of calls asking them what is happening

The are never sure of what has happened to your money, take always say that they would get back to you but no one does.

please do not use them

The worst app ever, please do not use them to send your money.

Send mobile money £10 which said it should be received in minutes, 12 days later the money had not been sent and it take 7 working days for them to refund your money.

Staff members are not sure of what is going on and they keep giving the wrong information.

Tried to speak to a manager but they are always in a meeting or on a phone to someone.
