Easy to order, dispatched quickly, value for money, delivery a little slower than expected (probably due to delivery driver shortage)

The headboard is very well made, well padded and colour as described. Good solid struts which exactly fitted the existing screws on the bed.Its bigger in height and heavier than I anticipated. Probably needs two people to fit it. It arrived in excellent protective packaging. Pleased with it looks good.

I am pleased with the bed but needed to speak to company prior to delivery despite trying every day several times to telephone was never able to get through. I began to think company had gone into liquidation. I also sent emails and never had a reply. They still haven’t answered emails. Bed is good but customer service terrible

Haven't even received it! Paid for it. Emailed. called and no return calls or messeges. Purchased at beginning of May. Very frustrating and annoying. Attempted many times to get in contact to resolve.

The headboard arrived with no fixings I emailed twice but got no reply not very good customer service not a major problem for me but for some it could have been

Delivery was a rude man to deliver the wrong bed

Delivery and price were great, however quality of my headboard was very poor, it is not sewed correctly at the top, I kept it as it was just for a spare room and I couldn't be bothered sending it back.

Terrible customer service. I had the bolts missing from my headboard so I was unable to put it together. I tried constantly to get through on the phone for days and my emails went unanswered

I made an order on the 30th March. I still have not received my bed. I have been in contact multiple times and not had anyone reply. Then iv asked for a refund and still no reply. They have just stolen my money basically. No one asks the phones, they don't call you back when you leave a message. They do t reply when you email or message from there page. I have even message from Facebook and still nothing

Delivered on time driver was polite.
The head board is as described love the colour and made an old bed look new again

Never answer the phone EVER no matter what time of day and email is slow to reply and sometimes they ignore you all together.
Bought two beds kingsize n double one gave way on one side due to cheap manufacture and materials used they look the part bt didn’t last a full week Iv lost nearly a thousand pounds as after saying they didn’t receive the photo evidence and it was sent again they are now ignoring,save yourself the money time n energy,AVOID AVOID AVOID,

Easy to build did it in my own for the price the fabric and quality of the bed is excellent

Failed to deliver on the promised day. Failed to give any explanation. Finally delivered delivered the wrong bed. Fail to answer your phones or respond to messages. Now ignore my emails because I am asking questions you can't or don't want to answer.

Only giving 2* as this company deserves nothing more.
Absolute shocking service and diabolical correspondence...Two telephone numbers and nobody there who picks up the phone.
The dial tone just cuts out after so long and the contact through email?
you will be lucky if you receive a reply back within 4/5 days.
No notice given for date of delivery just a quick call 1hr before my Bed Arrived
and my delivery took 16 days for it to arrive.
The only + is the Bed looks nice thats why I've given 2* otherwise it would have been 1*

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
the admin are rude, they deliver beds that are different to their site and then expect you to be happy with a £40 off gesture - then will refuse all communication and make out you have not contacted them even though you have proof. Shocking, i wouldn't believe the good reviews on here either they have probably made them themselves.

Great service - really good communications and an excellent product for the price

Still waiting for my headboard to be delivered 6 weeks later.
Have tried to phone keep getting cut off.
Email will not go through. Is this company real.
