Positive was the bed did arrive, negatives, poor quality and ordered a large headboard however this only meant that an extra piece of flat wood was added to it so it looked stupid when up. It’s in the garage dismantled now! Colour was awful, communication shocking, they don’t answer any emails apart from initial enquiry to entice you to buy, once they have your money that’s it.
I wouldn’t recommend buying.

I would avoid this so called company!! I ordered two beds for my little boys, paid instalment via Klarna they arrived after a week which I was surprised at after reading reviews on here, however they arrived broken 😞 I read there statement saying please contact us within 24 hours of delivery that’s great if they answer the phone!! This company don’t answer any of there 4/5 phone numbers and it seems it rings thru to a mobile? They don’t reply to emails or Facebook messages either so how are you meant to contact this so called company. I’ve sent pictures of the damaged beds dam sure ok not paying any more instalments to them

Unable to get hold of anyone. Have tried calling, emailing multiple times, sending messages via Facebook and Instagram.
Only thing I have received is the order confirmation and then nothing at all since. PLEASE can someone come back to me.

I ordered 3 beds and only 2 were delivered
They were left outside the property
And when I called, they were very rude and told me to call the police

Our experience didn't start off great, we ordered the bed and were promised delivery on a certain date. The morning of the delivery we received a message saying it would be delayed. Thats when we read these reviews. If it weren't for the reviews, I would have been more relaxed about the delay, because to be fair, we were kept in the loop the entire time. A new delivery was scheduled, and we received the bed today and it is PERFECT! Delivery drivers were amazing, and I am so happy with the quality of the bed.

WARNING! SCAM!! I spent over £500 on a bed that hasn't been delivered. I was told it wasn't coming on the morning it was due, after getting rid of my old bed the night before. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I am now sleeping on the floor after a c-section and with my newborn. Utter disgrace.

Order a bed in September. The bed I received didn’t look like the pictures, the sizes are slightly off for my standard king size mattress and there are defects with the production of the bed I have received.

Delivery was smooth, however now it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Nobody ever answers the phone. If it rings you normally get cut off after a few dials. No way to return the bed or file a complaint. Very frustrating!

What’s even more disappointing is that they have tried to have my review removed but still haven’t managed to get in contact with me to resolve issues.

Buyer beware!

The website & advertised products look great, however, the product received doesn’t match the pictures of the bed shown. The pictures appear to be cgi renders borrowed by this company, as well as many other similar companies. Just reverse image search one of the pictures and you see what I mean.

In hindsight this is a big red flag!

The received product was of a substandard quality, poorly put together, cheap materials, dirty and torn fabrics, along with missing parts and fixings. In summary, the product in my view wasn’t worth the amount they are charging, regardless of any discounts they’re promoting.

To end things on an ever glummer note: trying to return and get a refund for this purchase is as difficult as you’d imaging given the above. Firstly, they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails, or do they provide a returns address on their website. My guess would be they are a drop ship type of enterprise - thus don’t handle/store/ship the products, but this is just my speculation. I’m currently disputing the transaction with my credit card provider, so am stuck with the bed taking up room in my hallway, but am hoping to have it resolved soon with a full refund.

Final thoughts: I would recommend never purchasing anything from this company, check reviews on TrustPilot (or like companies) first, use reverse image search on product pictures, and generally be more cautious when choosing a supplier for such purchases.

I hope this review serves any potential buyers out there as a warning, and can help them avoid potential disappointment.

Bed is OK but base and drawers under bed are flimsy given drawer size and suspect will not last Customer service very poor. Sent wrong headboard and no one answers phone. No voicemail option. Sent several emails, messages on fb, insta and direct messages still took days for any response. My daughter also chased them and threatened legal action and started paypal dispute. Finally got a call but believe it was from the courier and not the company. Correct headboard finally delivered but woukd not recommend and would never use again. Awful experience.

I ordered a set of bed with mattress and just frame came with out mattress. Tried many times to call them and send them emails, none responded, not even answering a calls... Will not recommend to any one!!! Avoid!!!

Happy with product and service, I thought the wrong size bed was delivered I emailed and within 20minutes they had called me back and explained the packaging. I was concerned about follow up care reading some of the reviews but my experience was problem free

No way of communicating with this company. Phone rings out or cuts off, no one replies to emails.

Absolute shocking service, ordered using Klarna and glad I did , never got call confirming delivery a swebsite said, item arrived damaged, no reply to email, no call back after leaving message 3 times , and currently.on hold with Klarna... Full refund wanted and item returned, quality of item is very poor also. Customer service team is non existent!! Never again...

Headboard delivered faulty. Have emailed them 3 times and no reply.
